खादी ग्रामोद्योग आयोग ने मनाया 75 वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस
देहरादून। राज्य खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, जी एम एस रोड, देहरादून में राष्ट्रीय पावन पर्व 75 वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस ‘’आजादी का अमृत महोत्सव’’ कार्यालय परिसर में हर्षोंल्लास एवं उमंग के साथ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस अवसर पर कार्यालय के समस्त कार्मिक, आयोग से सेवानिृत्त पूर्व कार्मिक एवं राज्य कार्यालय, देहरादून अवासीय परिसर के परिवार के सदस्य एवं बच्चों ने भी प्रतिभाग किया।
सर्वप्रथम राज्य निदेशक प्रभारी, श्री राम नारायण द्वारा पूज्य राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी जी के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित किये। इसके पश्चात ध्वजारोहण किया तथा तत्पश्चात राष्ट्रगान गाया गया। राज्य निदेशक महोदय जी ने 75वां स्वतंत्रता दिवस की बधाई दी। उन्हाने अपने सम्बोधन में देश की आजादी के लिए अपने प्राण निछावर करने वाले अमर शहीदों को याद किया तथा उनके परिवार के प्रति संवेदना व्यक्त की। उन्होने माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी के भाषण से मुख्य अंश उदघृत करते हुए सभी कार्मिकों से आह्वान किया कि हम इस दिशा में अपना पूर्ण योगदान करें। हम राष्ट्रपिता महात्मा गांधी के सिद्वांतों पर चलने वाली संस्था हैं और हमें उनके अन्तिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचने के सपने को साकार करने की दिशा में कार्य करना चाहिए। अब हम स्वर्णिम युग में प्रवेश कर रहे हैं। आज जो युवावर्ग है स्वर्णिम आजादी का स्वर्णिम महोत्सव मनाते समय व लगभग 50 वर्ष के होंगे , अत: आज के युवाओं का योगदान अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण हैं। खादी और ग्रामोद्योग क्षेत्र में अधिका-अधिक युवा आयें, यह हमारा प्रयास रहना चाहिए। खादी हमारी विरासत है, हमें उस पर गर्व करना चाहिए। इसके साथ ही हमे सजाना-सवारना और आगे ले जाना है। नारी सम्मान के लिए हमे जागृत रहना चाहिए। खादी ग्रामोद्योग क्षेत्र में बहुत सारी कत्तिन-बुनकर महिलाऐं हैं, हमे उनके आत्म सम्मान की रक्षा के लिए तत्पर रहना चाहिए। जय जवान, जय अनुसंधान के अन्तर्गत हमें यह सीख मिली है कि हम जो भी वस्तुऐं बहार से मंगा रहे है, वे खुद ही बनाना चाहिए। आज स्वदेशी निर्मित तोपों की गरजना से समारोह का आगाज किया गया। खादी ग्रामोद्योग क्षेत्र में काम आने वाली तकनीक व औजारों को कारीगरों के श्रम को कम करके ज्यादा उत्पादकता वाले तकनीकी के अनुसंधान पर काम करना चाहिए। ‘’पराधीन सपनेहू सुख नाहि’’ हम हर क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बनना है। खादी बनाने में सबसे कम संसाधन लगते हैं, चाहे वह पावर हो, पानी हो या अन्य चीजें। यह गलोबल वार्मिंग को कम करने में बहुत सहायक है। गलोबल वार्मिंग को ध्यान में रखते हुए हमें अत्यधिक प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का उपयोग करना चाहिए। हमारा हाथकागज उद्योग, बायोगैस, सोलर कार्यक्रम इत्यादि गलोबल वार्मिंग को कम करने मद्द करते हैं। आत्मनिर्भर भारत में हमारी अहम भूमिका है। प्रधानमंत्री रोजगार सृजन कार्यक्रम, स्फूर्ति, कुम्हार सशक्तीकरण एवं हनी मिशन के तहत ज्यादा-से-ज्यादा लोगों को स्वरोजगार से जोडना है।
अवगत कराया कि स्वतंत्रता दिवस पर हमें अपने कार्य के प्रति सजग रहते हुए अपने कृत्तव्यों का निर्वहन बडी लगन और ईमानदारी से करना चाहिए, साथ ही उन्होने कहा कि हम सब ऐसे विभाग में कार्य करते हैं, जिसमे अन्तिम छोर पर खडे असहाय, बेरोजगार व्यक्ति को रोजगार मुहैय्या कराकर, उसको रोजगार देने वाला बना सकते हैं।
सहायक निदेशक-प्रथम, श्री बी एस कण्डारी ने देश की स्वतंत्रता में प्राणों की आहूती देने वाले वीर सपूतों को श्रद्वांजलि दी। उन्होने कहा कि खादी और आजादी का गहर नाता है, जिसे हम दोनो को एक-दूसरे से अलग नहीं कर सकते, वे एक-दूसरे के पूरक हैं।
राज्य कार्यालय के सभा कक्ष में 76वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के अवसर पर एक कार्यक्रम भी आयोजित किया गया, जिसमे सभी कार्मिकों ने 76वें स्वतंत्रता दिवस के बारे में अपने विचार प्रस्तुत किए तथा कुमारी किरण उपाध्याय ने देशभक्ति मनमोहक गीत भी प्रस्तुत किया। राज्य कार्यालय, देहरादून द्वारा प्रभात फेरी भी निकाली गई। जिसमे कार्यालय के सभी कार्मिकों, आवासीय परिसर में रहने वाले परिवार के सदस्य एवं महिलाओं व बच्चों ने भी भाग लिया।
उक्त कार्यक्रम का संचालन श्री बिजेन्द्र कुमार, आशुलिपिक-डी (हिन्दी) ने किया तथा उन्होने आजदी के अमृत महोत्सव एवं राष्ट्रध्वज के बारे में बताया तथा कहा कि हमें अपने कृत्तव्यों के प्रति सजग रहना चाहिए।
