हाईवे पर रानीपोखरी पुल,के टूटने की घटना को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते हुए लोनिवि मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने प्रमुख अभियंता लोनिवि हरिओम शर्मा को बरसात के चलते क्षतिग्रस्त हुए इस पुल की जांच के आदेश देने के साथ-साथ प्रदेश में स्थित सभी पुलों की मॉनिटरिंग के लिए विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है। उन्होंने कहा कि ऐसे स्थानों पर वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था के लिए भी तैयारी सुनिश्चित की जाए।
बरसात के चलते राज्य में बारिश का कहर लोगो के के लिए मुसीबत का सबब बनता जा रहा है ऐसे में लोगो को सयम बरतने की आवश्यक्ता है।पुलिस महानिदेशक अशोक कुमार से दूरभाष पर बात कर उनसे पुलों के ऊपर ट्रैफिक कम करने के साथ-साथ उनके डायर्वट करने के भी निर्देश दिये।
सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने सिंचाई विभाग के प्रमुख अभियंता श्री मुकेश मोहन से कहा है कि भारी बारिश को देखते हुए प्रदेश की सभी जलविद्युत परियोजनाओं की स्थिति पर नजर रखी जाए।
