राष्टीय स्तर पर मधुमक्खी पालन को बढावा
मौन पालक के रूप में खादी ग्रामोद्योग आयोग लोगो को दे रहा है रोजगार : राम नारायण
देहरादून।भारत सरकार के सूक्षम लघु एवं मध्यम उद्योग मंत्रालय के अंतर्गत खादी और ग्रामोधोग आयोग द्वारा रोजगार के सृजित करने हेतु राष्टीय स्तर पर मधुमक्खीपालन को बढावा देने के लिए हनी मिशन कार्यक्रम संचालित किया जा रहा है। बी-बॉक्स वितरण कार्यक्रम में खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, राज्य कार्यालय, देहरादून के निदेशक श्री राम नारायण एवं ग्राम प्रधान मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे। निदेशक राम नारायण ने यह भी अगवत कराया कि 20 लाभार्थियों के 02 स्वयं सहायता समूह गठित किये गये है, जिनका विधिवत बैंकों में खाता खोला गया है तथा यह भी अवगत कराया गया कि बी-बॉक्स के अतिरिक्त् 10-10 लाभार्थियों के दो समूह को रू. 36,800.00 कीमत के 04 शहद निष्कासन मशीन भी वितरित किये गये हैं, जिेसकी कीमत का 100 प्रतिशत वहन खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग द्वारा किया गया है.
इस अवसर पर खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग के राज्य निदेशक राम नारायण ने कहा कि योजना केन्द्र सरकार के माध्यम से खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, भारत सरकार की ओर से संचालित की जा रही है तथा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में 31.03.2020 तक 632 मौनपालक लाभार्थियों को 6320 बी-बॉक्स, मौनवंश एवं टूकिट सहित वितरित किये जा चुके है तथा वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष में 30 लाभार्थियों को 300 बी-बॉक्स, मौनवंश एवं टूलकिट सहित वितरित किये जाने हैं, जिनमें से 20 लाभार्थियों को आज वितरित किये जा चुके हैं तथा शेष 10 लाभार्थियों को जिला-उधमसिंहनगर में वितरित किये जाने हैं. इस योजना का मुख्य उददेश्य बेरोजगार लोगों एवं किसानों को रोजगार प्रदान करना, ताकि उनकी आय में वृधि हो सके. शहद स्वाथ्य के लिए बहुत ही लाभादायक होता है और शहद के प्रयोग से अनेक बीमारियां दूर हो जाती हैं. शहद के साथ प्राप्त मोम का प्रयोग सौन्दर्य प्रसाधन में किया जाता है तथा अन्य स्वास्थ्यर्वधक उत्पाद जैसे- रायॅल जैली, पोलन, मौन विष इत्यादि की बडी मांग है. इस मिशन को और आगे बढाने के लिये उत्तराखण्ड में चैतन्य मौनालय एवं कषि सेवा समिति, हल्द्वानी को एक हनी कलस्टर स्वीकत किया गया है, ताकि उत्तराखण्ड के मौनपालक इसका लाभ उठाकर अपना कार्य बढा सकें। शहद संपूर्ण भारवर्ष में एवं विदेशों में भी बहुत अधिक प्रयोग किया जा रहा है एवं निर्यात व्यवस्था में अभी हम शहद को और अधिक बढावा दे सकते हैं, जिससे मौनपालकों को सीधा लाभ प्राप्त होगा। हनी मिशन के तहत ग्राम-लखनोता, जिला-हरिद्वार में आज दिनांक- 29-01-2021 को 20 बेरोजगारों को खादी और ग्रामोद्योग आयोग, देहरादून द्वारा मधुमक्खीपालन के लिए बी-बॉक्स, वितरित किए गए, जिसका मुख्य उददेशय स्वरोजगार को बढावा देकर कामये दु:ख्तानाम प्राणिनाम अर्तिनाशनम को साकार करना है. बी-बॉक्स वितरण के अंतगर्त प्रत्येक लाभार्थी को 10 बी बॉक्स, मौनवंश एवं टूल किटस सहित वितरित किये गये, जिसकी कुल लागत का 10 प्रतिशत अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति वर्ग के लाभार्थी तथा 20 प्रतिशत सामान्य वर्ग के लाभार्थी का स्वयं का अंशदान होता है एवं कुल लागत का क्रमश: 90 प्रतिशत एवं 80 प्रतिशत खादी और ग्रामोद्योग, भारत सरकार द्वारा भुगतान किया गया है, जो कि मौनपालन हेतु प्रत्येक लाभार्थी के लिए बडी सहायता है।
