चार साल से अपने ही चहेतों को खुश करने में लगा रहा सत्तारूढ़ दल

कुछ ऐसे ही हालात आजकल सत्तारूढ़ दल के दिखाई दे रहे है। राज्य में भाजपा की सरकार बनते ही सीएम को लेकर सियासत में जबरदस्त घमासान चलता रहा है। लोगो मे इस बात का कयास बना रहा कि शायद कोई योग्य व लोकप्रिय व्यक्ति ही राज्य की बागडोर सम्भाल सकता है परन्तु सत्तारूढ़ दल की सोच तो कुछ और ही बयाँ कर रही थी। नतीजा ये हुआ कि आला हाईकमान ने अपने ही चहेते को सीएम की कुर्सी का दावेदार घोषित कर दिया। कुछ सालों तक राज्य की बागडोर सम्भालने के बाद फिर से नेतृत्व परिवर्तन का मामला सामने आ गया। इस बार भी पार्टी ने संवेधानिक अधिकारों का हवाला देते हुए अपने ही चहेते विधायक को सीएम पद पर तैनात कर दिया। सोचने की बात है कि संवैधानिक अधिकारों की बात करने वाली पार्टी ने ये भी ना सोचा कि जनता द्वारा चुने गए वो जनप्रतिनिधि भी राज्य की बागडोर सम्भालेने में सक्षम थे जो पार्टी के आकाओं के एक इशारे पर अपना सब कुछ छोड़कर सत्तारूढ़ दल के साथ जुड़े। आख़िर सीएम की नीलामी का ये खेल कब खत्म होगा। आज प्रदेश के विकास को लेकर जो सपना राज्य निर्माण के समय देखा था वो अब धूमिल हो चुका है। चार साल में तीन मुख्य मंत्री बदल दिए गए इससे बड़ा दुर्भाग्य और क्या होगा। अगर मुख्य मंत्री बदलना था तो आम जनता की राय तो जानी होती। जन अपेक्षाओं पर जो खरा उतरे उन्हें ही अवसर मिलना चाहिए था। अगर ऐसे ही सब चलता रहा तो राज्य का क्या होगा केवल अपने आकाओं को खुश करने तक ही सीमित रह जायेगा पार्टी का एजेंडा।
जिस तरह जनता के मताधिकार से सरकारे बनती है ठीक उसी प्रकार मुख्यमंत्री भी जनता द्वारा चुना हुआ प्रतिनिधि होना चाहिये। सुनने में शायद अजीब सा लगे परन्तु अब हालात ऐसे हो गए।इस प्रकार प्रकार के कानून का सँविधान में संशोधन लाना होगा।और क्यों ना हो जब 60 साल पुराना कानून धारा 370 कश्मीर के हालात को देखते हुए बदल दिया गया है तो इसे भी बदलना होगा। तभी इस देश का भला हो सकता है।
