17 सितम्बर से 2 अक्टूबर तक मनाया जायेगा सेवा पखवाड़ा
आयुष्मान भवः अभियान के तहत होंगे स्वास्थ्य संबंधी विभिन्न कार्यक्रम
देहरादून । स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अंतर्गत संचालित विभिन्न सेवाओं का लाभ आम लोगों तक पहुंचाने के उद्देश्य से आयुष्मान भवः अभियान के तहत प्रत्येक गांव में स्वास्थ्य चौपाल का आयोजन किया जायेगा। जिसमें आयुष्मान कार्ड, डिजीटल हेल्थ आईडी बनाने के साथ ही विभिन्न स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं एवं सेवाओं की जानकारी प्रदान करने के लिये आयुष्मान सभाओं का आयोजन किया जायेगा।
सूबे के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने मीडिया को जारी एक बयान में बताया कि केन्द्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय भारत सरकार के दिशा निर्देश पर प्रदेशभर में 17 सितम्बर से 31 दिसम्बर तक आयुष्मान भवः अभियान चलाया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के जन्मदिन के उपलक्ष्य में 17 सितम्बर से 2 अक्टूबर गांधी जयंती तक सेवा पखवाडे़ का आयोजन किया जायेगा। जिसके तहत ग्रामीण एवं शहरी क्षेत्रों में स्वच्छता अभियान के साथ-साथ अंग दान एवं रक्तदान के लिये पंजीकरण तथा स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान अभियान चलाया जायेगा। सेवा पखवाड प्रदेशभर में आयोजित कार्यक्रमों में स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान हेतु एक लाख लोगों का पंजीकरण कराया जायेगा, जिसमें सभी सांसदों, विधायकों, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष, ब्लॉक प्रमुख एवं स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों की भागीदारी मौजूद रहेगी। डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि आयुष्मान भवः अभियान के तहत गांव एवं कस्बों में आयोजित स्वास्थ्य चौपाल में अधिक से अधिक लोगों के आयुष्मान कार्ड एवं आभा कार्ड (डिजीटल हेल्थ आईडी) बनाये जायेंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि शत-प्रतिशत लोगों के आयुष्मान कार्ड व आभा कार्ड बनाये जाने पर ग्राम पंचायत तथा शहरी वार्ड को आयुष्मान ग्राम व आयुष्मान शहरी वार्ड का दर्जा प्रदान किया जायेगा। विभागीय मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि अभियान के दौरान आयुष्मान भारत हेल्थ एंड वेलनेस सेंटरों, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों, उप जिला चिकित्सालयों में आयुष्मान मेलों का आयोजन कर आम लोगों का स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कर 10 संचारी रोगों की निः शुल्क जांच की जायेगी साथ ही इस अवसर पर लोगों को स्वास्थ्य के प्रति भी जागरूक किया जायेगा। विभागीय मंत्री ने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान के तहत बेहतर प्रदर्शन करने वाले जिलों, पंचायतों, शहरी वार्डों और निक्षय मित्रों को राज्य एवं जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रमों में सम्मानित भी किया जायेगा। आयुष्मान भवः अभियान के सफल आयोजन के लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय भारत सरकार से प्राप्त दिशा निर्देश के क्रम में सम्पूर्ण कार्य योजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं।
