दुनिया मे शादीशुदा औरतो के लिए मांग का सिंदूर लगाना सौभाग्य की बात होती है। पहले सिंदूर लगाना हिन्दू समाज मे औरत के लिए बडा सम्मान व गौरव समझा जाता था परन्तु आज आधुनिक परिवेश में सिंदूर का चलन अब खत्म होता जा रहा है। जिसका मुख्य कारण आधुनिक बदलते परिवेश में लोगो का रहन सहन धीरे धीरे बदलता जा रहा है। बदलते फैशन और बिजी लाइफ के चलते नवविवाहित और शादीशुदा महिलाएं माथे पर सिंदूर लगाने से परहेज करने लगी हैं। पर क्या आप जानते हैं माथे पर लगा सिंदूर सिर्फ फैशन ही नहीं आपकी जिंदगी में भी काफी महत्व रखता है। महिला के माथे पर लगा सिंदूर आपकी किस्मत बना भी सकता है और बिगड़ भी सकता है।

सिंदूर को महिलाओं के 16 श्रृंगारों में महत्वपूर्ण स्थान दिया जाता है। ऐसा माना जाता है कि सिंदूर लगाने से महिलाएं न सिर्फ स्वस्थ रहती हैं बल्कि सुंदर भी दिखती हैं। सिंदूर हर किसी की लाइफ में कितना जरूरी है यह इस बात से भी जाना जा सकता है कि इसके बिना कोई भी शादी पूरी नहीं मानी जाती है।

वैज्ञानिकों की मानें तो सिंदूर लगाने से सेहत को कई फायदे होते हैं। दरअसल जब किसी लड़की की शादी होती है तो उस पर कई जिम्मेदारियां आ जाती हैं। जिसकी वजह से उसे कई बार तनाव भी होने लगता है। जो सिर दर्द, अनिद्रा जैसी समस्या को जन्म देता है। कहा जाता है कि इन समस्याओं से बचने के लिए सिंदूर लगाने की सलाह दी जाती है। सिंदूर में मौजूद मिश्रित पारा मस्तिष्क के लिए बेहद लाभदायक होता हैं। यह दिमाग को ठंडा रखने के साथ तनाव महसूस नहीं होने देता।
