पश्चिमी विक्षोभ के दस्तक देने से उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्र में बर्फबारी के आसार बन रहे हैं। रुद्रप्रयाग, बागेश्वर और पिथौरागढ़ में कहीं-कहीं हल्की वर्षा हो सकती है। आसपास के क्षेत्रों में बूंदाबांदी के आसार बन रहे हैं। नवंबर की शुरुआत में ऊंचाई वाले क्षेत्रों में मौसम का मिजाज बदला रहने का अनुमान है।
