देहरादून । जिलाधिकारी श्रीमती सोनिका ने देहरादून नगर क्षेत्र स्थित सड़क मार्गों को गढ्ढामुक्त रखे जाने, नालियों की कनेक्टिविटी बनाने, आदि समस्त व्यवस्थाओं को सुगम बनाने हेतु नामित किये गए सुपर नोडल, नोडल अधिकारी एवं सैक्टर अधिकारियों के साथ वीडियोकान्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से बैठक करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि अधिकारी शहर के नागरिक के समान समस्याओं से रूबरू होते हुए आपसी समन्वय एवं टीम भावना के साथ कार्य करते हुए व्यवस्थाओं को सुगम बनाकर जनमानस को समस्याओं से निजात दिलाने दिलाएंगें। कहा कि जिस प्रकार जी-20 में आपसी समन्वय बनाकर आप सभी ने बेहतर कार्य कर दिखाया, ठीक इसी तर्ज पर सभी अधिकारीगण अपने-अपने क्षेत्रान्तर्गत स्थलीय निरीक्षण करते हुए चैकलिस्ट तैयार करेंगे। चैकलिस्ट के आधार पर ही रेखीय विभाग द्वारा उक्त कार्य को तत्काल पूर्ण कराए जाएंगे, जिनकी नियमित समीक्षा की जाएगी। कहा कि प्राथमिकता के साथ शहर को गड्डामुक्त सड़क, नाली आदि सुव्यवस्थित रूप से निकासी तथा विद्युत पोल एवं तारों को व्यवस्थित करेंगे, जिससे आवागमन करने वाले जनमानस को सुगम सुविधा मिल सके। जिलाधिकारी ने एक प्लानिंग के अधार पर शहर की समस्याओं से जनमानस को निजात दिलाने हेतु अधिकारियों को सौंपे दायित्व। अधिकारी अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों की समस्याओं के निस्तारण के साथ नियमित निगरानी बनाने के साथ प्रतिदिन की कार्य प्रगति की रिपोर्टिंग करेंगे।
जिलाधिकारी ने नामित सैक्टर एवं नोडल अधिकारियों केा आवंटित क्षेत्रों का निरीक्षण करते हुए सड़क, सफाई,जलभराव, ड्रनेज, विद्युत तार, सड़क पर मलबा आदि समस्त कमियों को चिन्हित कर चैकलिस्ट बनाते हुए समस्त समस्याएं आपदा परिचालन केन्द्र में दर्ज करावाएं जहां पर समस्याओं को कम्पाईल किया जाएगा। प्रत्येक क्षेत्र के प्रतिदिन किये गए सुधारों की समीक्षा की जाएगी। उन्होंने नगर निगम को शहर में सफाई व्यवस्था बनाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही निर्देश दिए कि जहां नाली नही होेने के कारण जलभराव हो रहा है ऐसे स्थानों पर सुरक्षा व्यवस्था के साथ कच्ची नालियां बनवाई जाए। उन्होंने नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि जहां पर नाली चैक है ऐसे सभी स्थानों पर नालियां साफ करवाई जाएं ताकि जलभराव न हो।
उन्होंने नामित किये गए समस्त विभागों के अधिकारियों को टीम भावना के साथ कार्य करते हुए शहर में सड़क, सफाई, ड्रेनज, विद्युत आदि समस्त कार्यों को सुगम बनाने में अपना शत्प्रतिशत् योगदान दें। इस दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों की शंकाओं/समस्याओं का समाधान किया। उन्होंने मुख्य विकास अधिकारी एवं सुपर जोनल अधिकारी अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व को समन्वय बनाते हुए व्यवस्था बनाने के निर्देश दिए। इस अवसर पर सुपर जोनल सहित समस्त जोनल एवं सैक्टर अधिकारी वीसी के माध्यम से जुड़े रहे।
