एटीएम कार्ड बदलकर खाते से हजारों रुपये निकालने वाले को पुलिस ने दबोचा
देहरादून । बुजुर्ग व्यक्तियो से धोखा कर एटीएम कार्ड बदलकर खाते से हजारों रुपये निकालने वाले को पुलिस ने गिरफ्तार कर लिया है। उसके खिलाफ मुकदमा दर्ज कर उसको न्यायालय में पेश किया गया जहाँ से उसको न्यायिक हिरासत में जेल भेज दिया गया है। प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार 2 मई को प्रदीप कुमार उनियाल पुत्र देवेन्द्र दत्त उनियाल निवासी सीपीडब्लूडी कालोनी नियर घण्टाघर द्वारा कोतवाली नगर में मुकदमा दर्ज कराते हुए बताया गया कि वह पीएनबी एटीएम घंटाघर गया था जहंा अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा स्वयं को बैंक का गार्ड बताकर उसका एटीएम कार्ड बदलकर उसके खाते से 36000 रूपए निकाल लिए।
वही रविन्द्र सिंह पुत्र लाल सिंह निवासी ग्राम गडोरा रुद्रप्रयाग ने कोतवाली में मुकदमा दर्ज कराते हुए बताया कि वह 10 जून 2023 को पीएनबी एटीएम घंटाघर गया था जहंा एक अज्ञात व्यक्ति द्वारा उसका एटीएम कार्ड बदलकर उसके खाते से 65000 रूपये निकाल लिया गया है। पुलिस ने दोनों मामलों में मुकदमा दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी। जांच के दौरान पुलिस द्वारा घटनास्थल के आस पास लगे करीब 100 से अधिक सीसीटीवी कैमरो को चैक करते हुये संदिग्ध के फोटोग्राफ्स प्राप्त किये गये एवं घटनास्थल से रुट के सीसीटीवी कैमरों को चैक करने पर घटना में प्रयुक्त वाहन स्कूटी प्लेजर प्रकाश में आया। स्कूटी के सम्बन्ध में ज्ञात हुआ कि उक्त स्कूटी गंगनहर रुडकी क्षेत्र से माह दिसम्बर 2022 चोरी हुयी है। गत दिवस पुलिस ने शिमला बाइपास रामगढ से सोनू उर्फ कमल गुप्ता पुत्र मिठ्नलाल निवासी हाल पता रवि चन्देल रामगढ शेरपुर पटेलनगर देहरादून मूल पता ढकरानी थाना विकासनगर देहरादून को स्कूटी के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया है। जिसके कब्जे से 50000 रूपए व 40 अलग-2 बैंको के एटीएम कार्ड बरामद किये गये।
पूछताछ में उसने बताया कि उसके द्वारा दिसम्बर 2022 में रुडकी गंगनहर क्षेत्र में पार्किंग से एक स्कूटी चोरी की गयी थी। बताया कि वह चोरी की स्कूटी से देहरादून के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में एटीएमों में जाता है और एटीएम मे गार्ड बनकर बैठ जाता है व एटीएम से पैसे निकालने में मदद करने के बहाने से लोगों का पिन कोड पता कर लेता है और इसी दौरान ध्यान भटकाकर धोखाधडी से उन्हे उसी बैंक का दूसरा एटीएम कार्ड दे देता है फिर वहां से निकलकर आसकृपास के किसी दूसरे एटीएम में जाकर पैसा निकाल लेता है व कार्ड स्वाइप करवा कर भी पैसे निकाल लेता है। घटना करने के लिये वह छुटृी के दिन को चुनता है ताकी कोई बैंक कर्मी उसे पकड न ले और वह गार्ड बनकर एटीएम
