देहरादून । अंकिता भण्डारी हत्याकाण्ड से जुड़ा मामला एक बार फिर जोर पकड़ने लगा है । इस बार ये जिम्मेदारी महिला कांग्रेस ने उठाई है । अंकिता भंडारी की बरसी पर रणनीति तैयार कर प्रदेश महिला कांग्रेस की अध्यक्ष ज्योति रौतेला के नेतृत्व में राज्य व केन्द्र सरकार के नीतियों के खिलाफ सैकडों महिला कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मुख्यमंत्री आवास का घेराव किया गया। इस असवर पर रौतेला ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी उत्तराखण्ड की बेटी अंकिता भण्डारी हत्याकाण्ड की जांच सीबीआई से कराये जाने की मांग लगातार राज्य व केन्द्र सरकार से करती आ रही है परन्तु आज तक उनके परिवार को न्याय नही मिल पाया है। उन्होंने कहा मणीपुर में जिस तरह से महिलाओं को सरकार के नाक के नीचे निर्वस्त्र कर सड़कों पर घुमाया गया यह देश को शर्मशार करने वाला काण्ड था, परन्तु आज तक उन महिलाओं को न्याय नही मिल पाया है। उन्होंने कहा राज्य में भर्ती घोटाला जिसमें भाजपा के नेता स्वयं संलिप्त रहे हैं, महंगाई, बेरोजगारी, अंकिता भण्डारी काण्ड में वीआईपी का नाम अभीतक उजागर नही हो पाया, सरकार की लचर व्यवस्था के कारण डेंगू महामारी का प्रकोप लगातार बढ रहा है। केन्द्र सरकार ने अग्निवीर भर्ती जैसी योजना लाकर देश के युवाओं के साथ धोखा कर छलने का काम किया है। उन्होंनेे राज्य के युवाओं से अपील करते हुए कहा कि भाजपा के जनविरोधी नीतियों खिलाफ सड़कों में उतरकर आन्दोलन करें ताकि देश व राज्य में हो रहे अत्याचार का बदला लिया जा सके।
प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के अध्यक्ष करन माहरा ने कहा कि अंकिता हत्याकाण्ड मानवता के लिए शर्मसार करने वाला तथा देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड की अस्मिता को कलंकित करने वाली घटना है जिसके लिए दोषियों को फांसी की सजा दी जानी चाहिए जिससे ऐसा अपराध करने वालों को सबक मिल सके। करन माहरा ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में कानून व्यवस्था पूरी तरह से ध्वस्त हो चुकी है तथा बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ का नारा देने वाली भाजपा सरकार में महिलाओं पर अत्याचार की घटनायें लगातार बढती जा रही हैं। भाजपा नेता के रिजार्ट में राज्य की बेटी अंकिता भण्डारी के साथ हुई जघन्य अपराध की घटना के उपरान्त सरकार द्वारा रातोंरात सबूत नष्ट करने का काम किया गया उससे स्पष्ट होता है कि भाजपा सरकार में अपराधियों को खुला संरक्षण दिया जा रहा है। जिला प्रशासन एवं पुलिस प्रशासन द्वारा रिसॉर्ट पर बुल्डोजर फिराने के आदेशों से इनकार किया जा रहा है तथा भाजपा सरकार सबूत नष्ट करने के बाद अपनी पीठ थपथपा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि इस जघन्य आपराधिक घटना में शामिल सभी लोगों के नामों का खुलासा होना चाहिए जिसके लिए कांग्रेस पार्टी इस जघन्य हत्याकाण्ड की जांच सीबीआई से कराने की मांग करती आ रही है। परन्तु सरकार अपने लोगों के बचाने के लिए सीबीआई जॉच करने से कतरा रही है।
नेता प्रतिपक्ष यशपाल आर्य ने कहा कि कांग्रेस पार्टी ने सदैव देश के उत्थान के लिए काम किया है और करती रहेगी। उन्होंने कहा आज भी कांग्रेस पार्टी अपनी उन्हीं गौरवशाली परम्पराओं का निर्वहन करती आ रही है। देश को आजाद कराने के बाद कंाग्रेस पार्टी ने पं0 जवाहर लाल नेहरू के नेतृत्व से शुरू कर सत्ता के लगभग 50 वर्षों के सफर में भारत वर्ष को दुनियां के सामने एक ताकतवर शक्ति के रूप में खड़ा करने का काम किया है परन्तु आज सत्ता में बैठी ताकतें देश के सर्वधर्म संभाव को कमजोर करने का प्रयास कर रही हैं। कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं को राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष मलिकार्जुन जी, पूर्व अध्यक्ष सोनिया गांधी जी और राहुल गांधी जी के नेतृत्व में उसका डटकर मुकाबला करना हैै।
इस अवसर पर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में कानून व्यवस्था नाम चीज नही है जहॉ तहॉ आये दिन महिलाओं के साथ अत्याचार किये जा रहे हैं और उन्हें न्याय दिये जाने के बजाय उनका और अधिक उत्पीड़न किया जा रहा है। राज्य सरकार विकास के नाम पर डुगडुगी पीट रही है परन्तु विकास कहीं दिख नही रहा है। उन्होंने कहा सरकार के नाक के नीचे राजधानी देहरादून के सड़कों पर एक-एक फीट के गड्डे देखे जा सकते हैं। आये दिन रोज कोई ना कोई घटना हो रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार ने देश की सार्वजनिक सम्पत्यिों को बेचकर अपने चहेते लोगों को बॉट दिये है। इस अवसर पर उपनेता प्रतिपक्ष भुवन कापडी ने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार बदले की भावना से काम कर रही है। कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं को जहॉ-तहॉ परेशान किया जा रहा है जिसे वर्दास्त नही किया जायेगा। यदि कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं पर अन्याय किया गया तो कांग्रेस पार्टी सड़क से लेकर सदन तक मजबूती के साथ लड़ने का काम करेगी। पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष गणेश गोदियाल ने कहा कि भाजपा का चाल चरित्र और चेहरा देश की जनता के सामने आ चुका हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा सरकार ने देश की जनता को ठगने और छलने का काम किया है। इसका बदला देश की जनता आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में देगी।
