दिल्ली। दिल्ली की निर्भया जैसी ही यातना झेलने वाली एक और बेटी के परिवार को आखिरकार कल सुबह इंसाफ मिलेगा, कोर्ट घटना को अंजाम देने वाले तीन दरिंदों की सजा का एलान करेगा। दिल्ली के छावला इलाके में रहने वाली 19 साल की युवती का अपहरण कर उसके साथ दरिंदों ने गैंग रेप करने के बाद क्रूरता और हैवानियत की हद पार करते हुए उसकी निर्मम हत्या कर दी थी। तीनों दरिंदों को फांसी की सजा देने की मांग की गई है. दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने पहले ही इस मामले में आरोपियों की फांसी की सजा पर मुहर लगा दी है. अब कल सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले पर सबकी नजरें टिकी रहेंगी.
सोमवार की सुबह चीफ जस्टिस यूयू ललित की पीठ इस मामले में सजा का फैसला करेगी. निचली अदालत और हाई कोर्ट में मुकदमे के दौरान लड़की को ‘अनामिका’ कहा गया था. दोनों ही अदालतों ने दोषियों को मौत की सज़ा देने का आदेश दिया था.
चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया यूयू ललित, एस रविन्द्र भाट और बेला एम त्रिवेदी की बेंच सोमवार की सुबह दोषियों की तरफ से की गई अपील पर अपना फैसला सुनाएगी. इस मामले में सुनवाई के दौरान दिल्ली सरकार की तरफ से एडिशनल सॉलिसीटर जनरल ऐश्वर्या भाटी ने फांसी की सज़ा की पुष्टि की मांग की है. उन्होंने कहा है कि पीड़िता के साथ अकल्पनीय दरिंदगी हुई है. इस तरह के शैतानों के चलते ही परिवारों को अपनी लड़कियों के बाहर जा कर पढ़ाई करने या काम करने पर रोक लगानी पड़ती है. दिल्ली की अंतरिम अदालत ने आरोपियों को फांसी की सजा सुनाई थी जिसपर हाई कोर्ट ने मुहर लगा दी थी, अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले की बारी है.
मूल रूप से उत्तराखंड की ‘अनामिका’ दक्षिण-पश्चिम दिल्ली के छावला के कुतुब विहार में रहती थी. 9 फरवरी 2012 की रात को वह अपने काम से वापस घर लौट रही थी. उसी समय राहुल, रवि और विनोद ने लाल इंडिका गाड़ी में बैठाकर ले गए थे। अपहरण के तीन दिन बाद उसकी लाश बहुत ही बुरी हालत में हरियाणा के रिवाड़ी के एक खेत में मिली थी. तीनों ने उसके साथ बलात्कार किया और उसके बाद बड़ी क्रूरता से उस मासूम को असहनीय यातनाएं दी गई थी।
