देहरादून। जिलाधिकारी/मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी श्रीमती सोनिका ने आज शहर के गांधी पार्क, गांधी रोड़, प्रिंस चैक, दर्शनी गेट, हरिद्वार रोड़, बलवीर रोड़ में स्मार्ट सिटी लि0 द्वारा कराए जा रहे कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों एवं कंपनियों के प्रतिनिधियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि स्मार्ट सिटी के निर्माण कार्यों से आमजन को परेशानी न हो इस बात का विशेष ख्याल रखें। अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी को प्रतिदिन कार्यों की माॅनीटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी/मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ने निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों एवं ठेकेदारों को सख्त निर्देश दिए कि सड़कों पर निर्माण सामग्री बिखरी न रहे उसे सुव्यवस्थित करें अन्यथा खाली जगह रखें ताकि यातायात बाधित न रहे। उन्होंने गांधी पार्क के समीप बीएनआर कंपनी द्वारा कराए जा रहे नाली निर्माण कार्यों को पूर्ण करने तथा जहां कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है वहां पर नालियां ढकने के निर्देश दिए साथ ही अन्य जगहों पर चलाये जा रहे निर्माण कार्यों को भी यथाशीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने यूपीसीएल के अधिकारियों को विद्युत संर्वधन कार्य पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए, ताकि सड़कों का कार्य जल्द कराया जा सके। उन्होंने लोनिवि के अधिकारियों को सड़कों के गड्डों को शीघ्र भरते हुए पैचवर्क कार्य कराये जाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही शहर में कराए गए शिवर कार्यों जहां पर चैम्बर सड़क से ऊपर है अथवा नीचे है ऐसे स्थानों पर सड़क एवं चैम्बर को एक लेवल पर करने निर्देश दिए। इसके अतिरिक्त बलवीर रोड़ पर आरजी गुरूनाम ठेकेदार द्वारा कराये जा रहे पेयजल संर्वधन कार्यों को यथाशीघ्र पूर्ण करते हुए सड़कों की मरम्मत कार्यों को पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। गांधी रोड़ के निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि जहां पर बरसात में पानी जमा होने से सड़कों पर गड्डे है ऐसी जगह टाइल्स लगाई जाए ताकि बरसात में कोई अप्रिय घटना घटित न हो।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी/मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी ने संबंधित ठेकेदार एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं के अधिकारियों को कार्यप्रगति बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कार्यों में ढिलाई बरतने वालों के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की चेतावनी दी। विद्युत को दोनों स्थानों पर कल से कार्य शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए।
