भूमि पर अवैध कब्जे व अतिक्रमण को लेकर जिलाधिकारी ने दिए  सख्त कार्यवाही  के निर्देश

देहरादून । अवस्थित शिव मन्दिर के समीप खालागांव में राज्य सरकार/नगर निगम की भूमि पर अवैध अतिक्रमण प्लाॅटिंग एवं खनन संबंधी मुख्य सचिव को प्राप्त हुई शिकायत पर संज्ञान लेते हुए जिलाधिकारी डाॅ0 आर राजेश कुमार ने उपजिलाधिकारी सदर के नेतृत्व में राजस्व विभाग, वन, नगर निगम, एमडीडीए एवं खनन विभाग के अधिकारियों को मौका मुआवना करते हुए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

निर्देशों के अनुपालन में उप जिलाधिकारी सदर मनीष कुमार द्वारा राजस्व विभाग, वन, नगर निगम, एमडीडीए एवं खनन विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ खालागांव का निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के दौरान लगभग लगभग 05 हजार वर्ग मी0 भूमि पर अवैध प्लाॅटिंग एवं खनन होना पाया गया, जिसमें करीब 04 हजार घन मीटर भूमि का जेसीबी द्वारा कटान करना पाया गया तथा दीवार का निर्माण कार्य भी मौके पर पाया गया, जिस पर अवैध प्लाटिंग पर विधिक कार्यवाही करते हुए टीम द्वारा निर्माण कार्य को सीज किया गया तथा संबंधित के विरूद्ध अर्थदण्ड की कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
निरीक्षण के दौरान सोहन सिंह रागण, राजस्व, खनन, नगर निगम एवं एमडीडीए के अधिकारी/कार्मिक उपस्थित रहे।
