05 साल में उत्तराखण्ड को पर्यटन क्षेत्र में बनाएंगे सर्वोपरि

निवेशकों को सुरक्षित निवेश की गारंटी देता है उत्तराखण्डः मुख्यमंत्री

देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को राजपुर रोड स्थित होटल में उत्तराखण्ड में पर्यटन क्षेत्र के विकास और निवेशकों को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से उत्तराखण्ड पर्यटन विकास परिषद (यूटीडीबी) की ओर से उत्तराखण्ड में आतिथ्य क्षेत्र में निवेश की संभावना विषय पर चर्चा कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथ प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पर्यटन से संबंधित योजनाओं पर तेजी से क्रियान्वयन के लिए सचिव श्री आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम की अध्यक्षता में एक कमेटी का गठन किया जायेगा। जिसमें वित्त, आवास, लोक निर्माण विभाग, पुलिस, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड एवं सबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी सदस्य होंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड निवेशकों को सुरक्षित निवेश की गारंटी देता हैं। निवेशकों को हर संभव मदद देने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार प्रयासरत है। प्रदेश सरकार का लक्ष्य आने वाले 05 साल में उत्तराखण्ड को पर्यटन क्षेत्र में सर्वोपरि बनाने का है। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटन की संभावनाओं को बढ़ाने के लिए जो भी सुझाव प्राप्त हुए हैं। इन सुझावों को आगे की कार्ययोजना में शामिल किया जायेगा। जो भी समस्याएं पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े हितधारकों द्वारा रखी गई, उनकी निदान के हर संभव प्रयास किये जायेंगे। सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि के भाव से कार्य किये जा रहे हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड में पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में अपार संभावनाएं हैं। राज्य में हवाई, सड़क एवं रेल कनेक्टिविटी का तेजी से विस्तार हो रहा है। राज्य में हवाई कनेक्टिविटी बढ़े इसके लिए ए.टी.एफ में 18 प्रतिशत की कमी की गई है। उत्तराखण्ड का नैसर्गिक सौन्दर्य पर्यटकों को उत्तराखण्ड आने के लिए आकर्षित करता है। पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए राज्य में पर्यटन नीति लागू की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री श्री  धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में नई कार्य संस्कृति आई है। सबका साथ, सबका विकास, सबका विश्वास, सबका प्रयास के मूल मंत्र पर देश आगे बढ़ रहा है। प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने कहा कि यह दशक उत्तराखण्ड का दशक होगा। 2025 तक उत्तराखण्ड को हर क्षेत्र में देश को अग्रणी राज्य बनाने के लिए राज्य सरकार प्रयासरत है। सभी विभागों को अगले 10 सालों का रोडमैप बनाने के लिए कहा गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 03 माह बाद भी पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोगों से संवाद किया जायेगा।

सचिव श्री आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने कहा कि निवेशकों के लिए सरकार की ओर से बनाई गई नितियों का सरलीकरण किया जाएगा। जिससे निवेशकों को उत्तराखण्ड में पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में निवेश करने में आसानी हो सके। सचिव पर्यटन श्री दिलीप जावलकर ने कहा कि पर्यटन से उत्तराखण्ड का जहां राजस्व बढ़ता ह,ै वहीं बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के रोजगार के साधन भी उपलब्ध होते हैं। पर्यटन को उद्योग का दर्जा मिलने के बाद पर्यटन में निवेश की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। कार्यक्रम में पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े कारोबारियों व निवेशकों ने पर्यटन और प्रदेश में निवेश को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अपने सुझाव भी दिए।

सचिव पर्यटन श्री दिलीप जावलकर ने कहा कि पर्यटन से उत्तराखण्ड का जहां राजस्व बढ़ता है वहीं बड़ी संख्या में लोगों के रोजगार का साधन भी है। पर्यटन को उद्योग का दर्जा मिलने के बाद पर्यटन में निवेश की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। हमारा उद्देश्य आगामी पांच वर्षों में पांच हजार करोड़ रूपये का निवेश पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में किए जाने का है। इसके लिए हमने प्रति वर्ष राज्य में इन्वेस्टर सम्मिट आयोजित करने का फैसला किया है। कार्यक्रम में पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े कारोबारियों व निवेशकों ने पर्यटन और प्रदेश में निवेश को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अपने सुझाव भी दिए।

कार्यक्रम के अंत में धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रेषित करते हुए यूटीडीबी की अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (इन्फ्रा) पूजा गर्ब्याल ने कहा कि पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से सरकार और निवेशकों के साथ मिलकर हम अपने लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। माननीय मुख्यमंत्री के विजन को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए विभाग पूरी तरह से प्रतिबद्ध है। प्रदेश में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सभी मुख्य पहलूओं पर लगातार कार्य किया जा रहा है।

कार्यक्रम में सचिव श्री एस.एन. पाण्डेय, यूटीडीबी के अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (साहसिक विंग) कर्नल अश्विनी पुंडीर, अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (ईको टूरिज्म) पीके पात्रो, अपर निदेशक व कार्याध्यक्ष पूनम चंद समेत पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े निवेशक व कारोबारी मौजूद रहे।
