बाढ़ सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम : विभाग को स्पष्ट निर्देश

सिचाईं मंत्री ने की बाढ़ सुरक्षा उपायों की समीक्षा
देहरादून। प्रदेश के सिंचाई मंत्री  सतपाल महाराज ने बाढ़ सुरक्षा उपायों को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक में   बोलते हुए सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि मानसून से पूर्व बांधों एवं जलाशयों का समुचित प्रबंधन करने के साथ-साथ सभी जनपदों में बाढ़ सुरक्षा उपायों को समय रहते पूरा किया जाए।

प्रदेश में मानसून से पूर्व बाढ़ सुरक्षा तैयारियों को लेकर सिंचाई विभाग की एक वर्चुअल बैठक गढ़ी कैंट स्थित पर्यटन विकास परिषद के सभागार में आयोजित की गई जिसमें प्रदेश के सभी जनपदों में स्थित सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों ने बाढ़ सुरक्षा उपायों से संबंधित कार्यों से सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज को अवगत कराया। विभिन्न जनपदों में कार्यरत विभागीय अधिकारियों ने अपने-अपने जनपदों में बाढ़ सुरक्षा तैयारियों की जानकारी देते हुए उन्हें बताया कि उनके द्वारा जनपद में बाढ़ सुरक्षा के पुख्ता इंतजाम किए जा रहे हैं और शेष कार्यों को भी समय पर पूरा कर लिया जाएगा।
सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने वर्चुअल बैठक में उपस्थित सभी जनपदों के सिंचाई अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वह मानसून आने से पूर्व बांधों एवं जलाशयों के प्रबंधन के साथ-साथ नदी एवं नालों पर भी नजर रखें। सिंचाई मंत्री ने कहा कि ड्रोन के माध्यम से नदियों के बहाव का पता लगाया जा सकता है। श्री महाराज ने अधिकारियों से कहा कि नदियों में अतिरिक्त मलबे को हटाने पर विशेष रूप से काम होना चाहिए ताकि भूमि कटाव को रोका जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि शहरी क्षेत्रों में नालियों में फंसा कूड़ा शहर में पानी भराव का एक बड़ा कारण है। इसलिए मानसून आने से पूर्व उनकी सफाई होना भी अति आवश्यक है। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि इस संबंध में वह सभी
जनपदों में स्थित नगर पालिका और नगर निगम को नालियों की सफाई के लिए लिखें। सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि बरसात में सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान हरिद्वार जनपद में होता है। इसलिए जनपद हरिद्वार में बाढ़ व भूमि कटाव से ग्रसित गांव कलसिया, डुमनपुर, बालावाली, गिध्छावाली मंसूरपुर, गंगदासपुर, शिवपुरी, महाराजापुर खुर्द, रामपुर रायघटी, कबुलपुरी राजघटी, चंद्रपुरी बांगर, चंद्पुरी खादर, नाईवाला, दल्लावाला में बाढ़ सुरक्षा उपायों का पुख्ता इंतजाम होना चाहिए। श्री सतपाल महाराज ने वर्चुअल बैठक में सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों से संभावित बाढ़ ग्रस्त स्थानों के चिन्हीकरण किये गया स्थानों की जानकारी लेने के साथ साथ उन स्थानों पर सभी पुख्ता इंतजाम करने के निर्देश भी दिए। उन्होंने बाढ़ सुरक्षा हेतु अति शीघ्र जिला स्तरीय समितियों का गठन करने के अलावा बाढ़ सुरक्षा हेतु स्थापित नियंत्रण कक्ष तथा नियुक्त नोडल अधिकारी का नाम एवं दूरभाष नंबर सार्वजनिक करने की भी बात कही। श्री महाराज सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों से कहां की इस समय पूरा देश कोरोना जैसी महामारी से लड़ रहा है। इसलिए इस बात का पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए कि अधिकारी जनता की बात सुने और समस्याओं का मौके पर ही समाधान करें। विभाग में एक नई कार्य संस्कृति विकसित करें और जनता की हर संभव मदद करें।
