देहरादून। राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान रोशनाबाद विशिष्ट हरिद्वार के परिसर में कौशल विकास एवं सेवायोजन मंत्री सौरभ बहुगुणा द्वारा कौशल विकास एवं सेवायोजन विभाग के तत्वाधान में क्रियान्वित की जा रही यूकेडब्ल्यूडीपी परियोजना के अंतर्गत प्रोडक्शन एवं मैन्यूफेक्चरिंग सेक्टर में अग्रणी फर्मों के साथ भागीदारी के माध्यम से एवं निश्चित अवधि तक फर्म द्वारा ही संचालन किए जाने के प्रावधान सहित मैन्यूफेक्चरिंग सेक्टर में विश्व की अग्रणी फर्म में से एक मेसर्स फिलिप्स एडुकेशन कम्पनी द्वारा स्थापित किए गए सेंटर ऑफ एक्सीलेंस, प्रोडक्शन एवं मैन्युक्चरिंग का उदघाटन किया गया जिसमें विभागीय सचिव श्री विजय कुमार यादव आईएएस सहित फिलिप्स के अध्यक्ष श्री रक्षित केजरीवाल एवं विभागीय अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे।
सीओई में बीएमसी, रोबोटिक आर्म आदि उन्नत श्रेणी की मशीन स्थापित की गई है तथा प्रारंभ किए गए 20 प्रशिक्षार्थियों के प्रथम बैच हेतु प्रोडक्शन ऑटोमेशन तकनीक आदि में प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था भी सुनिश्चित की गई है। स्थापित किये जा रहे सीओई पॉलिटेक्निक तथा आईटीआई प्रशिक्षितों के लिये वर्तमान में उद्योगों के मांग के अनुरूप (उद्योग-रेडी (Industry Ready) होने के लिये फिनिशिंग स्कूल के रूप में कार्य करेंगे। इस योजना के अंतर्गत (आइटीआई पॉलिटेक्निक अथवा इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजेस के इच्छुक प्रशिक्षार्थियों को इस नवीनतम एवं विशिष्ट प्रकृति के तकनीकी मॉडयूल्स मशीनिष्ट ऑटोमेशन, सीएनसी प्रोग्रामिंग आदि में 2 से 4 माह के प्रशिक्षण पश्चात उन्हें उद्योगों के लिए तैयार किया जाएगा। सीआई में प्रशिक्षण के पश्चात उद्योगों में नियोजित किये जाने वाले प्रशिक्षार्थियों को सामान्य रूप से देय भुगतान मानदेय में लगभग डेढ़ से दोगुना अधिक पारिश्रमिक प्राप्त हो सकेगा तथा तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण के कारण उनके करियर में ग्रोथ की सभावनाएं भी अधिक होगी।
