हिमाचल प्रदेश/सोलन । हिमाचल प्रदेश में 14 वां बामसेफ एवं राष्ट्रीय मूलनिवासी संघ का राज्य अधिवेशन सोलन ज़िला के सामुदायिक भवन, राजा पद्म सिंह मेमोरियल स्टेडियम, कुनिहार शहर में बड़े हर्षोल्लास से मनाया गया। यह निर्धारित कार्यक्रम प्रातः 10 से 5-00 बज़े तक किया गया। बहुजन समाज के मूलनिवासियों का बहुत दूर – दूर के परिक्षेत्रों से आना हुआ। जिस कारण इस आयोजन के शुभारंभ में कुछ विलंब होना स्वाभाविक था।
हिमाचल प्रदेश की राज्य बामसेफ कार्यकारिणी के अधिकांश कार्यकर्ताओं व पदाधिकारियों ने तो पिछले दिन से ही यहाँ के कार्यक्रम को सफल सुनियोजिन करने में किसी भी भांति से कोई कसर उठानी बाकी न रखी थी। इसलिए एस डी कश्यप प्रदेशाध्यक्ष , अर्जुन भक्त प्रदेश प्रभारी जम्मू – कश्मीर व हिमाचल प्रदेश, रवीन्द्र कश्यप पूर्णकालिक कार्यकर्ता , भूमि नंद राठौर प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष , लेखराम कश्यप कोषाध्यक्ष, कुनिहार शहर से दोनों भाई नीरज – धीरज कार्यकर्ता पूर्णतः दत्तचित्त थे।
इस सभा के अध्यक्ष प्रो. डॉ. अशोक सहोता सी ई सी सदस्य, बामसेफ सचिवालय नई दिल्ली कर रहे थे। कार्यक्रम में 07 विषय अभिचर्चा हेतु रखे गए थे। मंच का संचालन जगदीश कश्यप प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष ने किया। मंच पर दस लोग विराजित किए गए थे। सर्वप्रथम डॉ भीमराव जी आंबेडकर की फोटो पर माल्यार्पण व पुष्पांजलि / भावांजलि मंचस्थ सभी विशिष्ट जनों व पहली रो में बैठे वक्ताओं व गण्यमान्यों द्वारा ही समयाभाव वश करवाई गई। एस डी कश्यप प्रदेशाध्यक्ष ने प्रस्तावना के रूप में अपने विचार सांझा किए। डॉ. अमरनाथ कौशल वरिष्ठ सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता ने इस आयोजन का उद्घाटन किया। तत्पश्चात् मंचस्थ महानुभावों से क्रमवार बुलवाया गया। जिनमें वयोवृद्ध बी आर भाटिया ने संविधान न बदलने को लेकर अपने विचार प्रकट किए गए। जो भी वक्ता बोले लगभग संविधान को बचाने हेतु भाव व्यक्त कर रहे थे और जय भीम व डॉ. आंबेडकर अमर रहे के नारों से माहौल को गर्मा रहे थे। लेकिन विषयांतर से होने लगे थे। बामसेफ कार्यकर्ताओं ने वक्ताओं के रूप में विषयों पर अपनी बात रखी। प्रो. डॉ अशोक सहोता सभापति ने सभी विषयों पर प्रकाश डालते हुए ईवीएम घोटाला, ईवीएम मशीनों को चार महीनों में विनष्ट करने विषयक षड्यंत्र, ईवीएम का भारत में कांग्रेस द्वारा लाने का कारण, वीवीपैट की पर्चियों का शत – प्रतिशत मिलान न करना, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा ईवीएम में पारदर्शिता न होने विषयक स्वीकारना, चुनाव आयोग को वोटों की चोरी करवाने का सरदार कहना तथा ईवीएम को वोटों की चोर मशीन जोर देकर कहा। अनेकों प्रमाण देकर इस विषय को समझाया। आदिवासियों के क्षेत्रों में एससी के लोगों के साथ ऊंची व सवर्ण जातियों द्वारा शोषण , अत्याचार व अन्याय होता है किंतु उसमें एट्रोसिटी एक्ट न लग पाने विषयक चिंता व्यक्त की। बामसेफ महासंघ के विस्तार शक्तिशाली 31 राज्यों में नेटवर्क व भारत बंद की बलशाली ताकत व केडर बेस तथा विराट व्यक्तित्व वामन मेश्राम साहब के नेतृत्व की अनुपम कार्यप्रणाली बताई। और यह भी बताया कि भारत में ब्राह्मण विदेशी युरेशियन है जो भारत के मूलनिवासियों से अन्याय, अत्याचार व उन्हें गुलाम बनाए रखने हेतु — हिंदू -मुस्लिम झगड़ा व बहुजन मूलनिवासियों को हिंदू बताने का आर एस एस एजेण्डा भी बताया। और यह भी बताया कि डीएनए रिसर्च में 21 मई 2001 को यह खबर केवल अंग्रेजी के टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया में लगी थी जिसे बाद में तुरंत हाईड कर लिया गया था। जिसकी एक प्रति बामसेफ के पास सुरक्षित है। इस प्रकार अन्ततः सभी क्षेत्रीय संगठनों को बहुजन क्रांति मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय बैनर तले आने का भी अनुरोध किया जिसे हॉल में बैठे श्रोताओं ने हाथ उठाकर समर्थन देने हेतु हामी भरी। वरिष्ठ कार्यकर्ता बुध राम वर्धन ने संगठन के साहित्य को विक्रीत करने में विशेष भूमिका निभाई। संविधान देखने,खरीदने में विशेष रुझान बहुजन मूलनिवासियों का देखा गया।अंत भूमि नंद राठौर बामसेफ उपाध्यक्ष नें धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया और भोजन हेतु आमंत्रित कर कार्यक्रम को समाप्त करने की घोषणा की। लोगों में भोजन से पूर्व व बाद तक मूलनिवासी साहित्य व पोस्टर खरीदने की रुचि बनी हुई थी।
