बैठक में कैबिनेट मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल, प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल और सतपाल महाराज शामिल हुए । इसी बीच तमाम विभागों की संशोधित नियमावलियों पर भी मंत्रिमंडल ने मुहर लगा दी है। इसके अलावा संविदा या आउटसोर्स महिला कर्मचारियों को राजकीय कर्मचारियों की तरह अब 6 महीने का मातृत्व अवकाश भी मिलेगा। जिस पर मंत्रिमंडल ने सहमति जताई है। बैठक में निर्णय लिया गया है। मानसून सत्र में करीब 11,100 करोड़ रुपए का अनुपूरक बजट होगा पेश। राजकीय कर्मचारियों की तरह दैनिक वेतन कर्मी महिलाओं को भी मातृत्व अवकाश मिलेगा। जिसकी मंजूरी पर कैबिनेट से मोहर लगा दी है। संविदा या आउटसोर्स से भर्ती हुए पुरुष और महिला कर्मचारियों को बाल दत्तक ग्रहण अवकाश देने की मंजूरी मिली है। साथ ही संविदा या आउटसोर्स से भर्ती हुए पुरुष और महिला कर्मचारियों को बाल देखरेख अवकाश देने की मिली मंजूरी पर भी अपनी मोहर लगा दी है। तकनीकी विश्वविद्यालय से होगी लॉ कोर्स का एफिलेशन हो सकेगा इसके लिए सदन में रखा जाएगा प्रस्ताव लाया जाएगा। जिसकों मंत्रिमंडल की मंजूरी मिली है। जल विद्युत नीति में संशोधन किया जाएगा जिसकी मंजूरी पर कैबिनेट ने मोहर लगा दी है। नगर पालिका परिषद मुनि की रेती के उच्चीकरण कर ग्रेड 2 से ग्रेड 1 में शामिल किए जाने पआखिर्रकार् भी सहमति जताई गई है।
