माधव सेवा विश्राम सदन“ का शिलान्यास : स्वस्थ सेवा का बनेगा केंद्र
देहरादून । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को वीरभ्रद मंदिर मार्ग, ऋषिकेश में भाऊराव देवरस सेवा न्यास द्वारा बनाए जा रहे “माधव सेवा विश्राम सदन“ के भूमि पूजन कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग एवं “माधव सेवा विश्राम सदन“ का शिलान्यास किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने माधव सेवा विश्राम सदन हेतु उत्तराखंड सरकार की ओर से ₹50 लाख की धनराशि दिए जाने की घोषणा की।
कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा की योग नगरी ऋषिकेश में एम्स के कारण यह स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का केंद्र भी है उन्होंने कहा उत्तराखंड राज्य के साथ ही उत्तर प्रदेश एवं अन्य राज्य के लोग भी ऋषिकेश इन समय अपने इलाज हेतु आते है। उन्होंने कहा माधव सेवा विश्राम सदन बनने से बड़ी संख्या में आने वाले मरीजों एवं उनके परिजनों के ठहरने खाने रहने जैसी तमाम सुविधाएं आसानी से मिलने लगेंगी। उन्होंने कहा सेवा सदन के बनने से परिजनों को होने वाली दिक्कते दूर होंगी। उन्होंने सेवा सदन के कार्य को ईश्वरीय कार्य बताया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा की भारत माता की कोख से ऐसे अनगिनत लाल जन्मे हैं, जिन्होंने देश हित में अपना सर्वस्व न्योछावर कर दिया। भाऊराव देवरस जी ने अपने जीवन का एक-एक क्षण राष्ट्र के लिए जिया एवं धरती मां को समर्पित किया। उन्होने बताया वर्ष 1937 (20 वर्ष की उम्र में) डाक्टर साहब जी की संघ विस्तार की योजना के अंतर्गत भाऊराव जी नागपुर से सुदुर उत्तर प्रदेश के लखनऊ आ गए। स्वतंत्रता के पांच वर्ष पश्चात 1952 में शिशुमंदिर योजना आंरम्भ करने के पीछे जो उनका सपना था उसका क्रियान्वयन उत्तर प्रदेश के गोरखपुर केंद्र से रहा। उउनका मानना था कि ’किसी राष्ट्र का भविष्य उस राष्ट्र के सामान्य जन ही होते हैं, इसलिए शिक्षा का निर्माण देश के सामान्य जनों को ध्यान में रखकर किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होने कहा आदरणीय भाऊ राव जी ने वस्तुतः बीज बनकर स्वयं को त्यागकर समाजरूपी पेड़ को पुष्पित और पल्लवित करने का कार्य किया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने विद्यार्थी जीवन को याद करते हुए कहा कि लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय में बना भाऊराव देवरस द्वार हमारे लिए सेवा एवं प्रेरणा का प्रतीक था। उन्होंने कहा एक छात्र के नाते मेरे सामाजिक जीवन में हीरो एवं आदर्श भाऊराव जी रहे। उनके नाम पर रखे गए विश्राम सदन का शिलान्यास करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वाश है की इसका उद्घाटन भी शीघ्र होगा। उन्होंने माधव सेवा विश्राम सदन हेतु हरसंभव मदद का आश्वासन देते हुए उसे गरीबों की सेवा का सदन एवं गैर व्यवसायिक सदन बताया। उन्होंने, सेवा परमो धमर्रू के सिद्धांत को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए माधव सेवा न्यास से जुड़े प्रत्येक स्वयंसेवक को नमन किया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने ऋषिकेश नगरी को चार धाम यात्रा का प्रथम स्थान बताते हुए कहा कि आज ऋषिकेश से कर्णप्रयाग रेलवे लाइन का कार्य तेजी से चल रहा है एवं चार धामों को जाने वाली सड़कों को डबल लेन बनाकर सुगम एवं सुरक्षित यात्रा का संदेश भारत के साथ पूरे विश्व में दिया गया है उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में केदारनाथ मंदिर का पुनर्निर्माण भव्यता एवं दिव्यता से किया गया।
इस दौरान पूज्य स्वामी रामदेव, पूज्य यतिन्द्रानंद गिरि, पूज्य संत श्री विजय कौशल जी, श्री सुरेश भैया जी जोशी, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री एवं वर्तमान सांसद रमेश पोखरियाल निशंक, पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत, वित्तमंत्री उत्तराखण्ड सरकार प्रेमचन्द्र अग्रवाल, राज्यसभा सांसद नरेश बसंल सहित गणमान्य व्यक्ति एवं प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
