जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों के क्रम में उप जिलाधिकारी सदर मनीष कुमार के नेतृत्व में खनन विभाग, राजस्व विभाग एवं मसूरी देहरादून, विकास प्राधिकरण की टीम द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से अवैध प्लॉटिंग एवं खनन पर कार्यवाही लकरते हुए हयात होटल के समीप हो रहे अवैध प्लॉटिंग एवं समतलीकरण कार्य को राजस्व विभाग द्वारा रूकवाया गया। कार्यवाही के दौरान मौके पर उपस्थित संबंधितों द्वारा किसी भी प्रकार की अनुमति नहीं दिखाये जाने के फलस्वरूप उक्त कार्य में संलिप्त 2 ट्रैक्टर एवं एक जेसीबी को जब्त कर राजपुर थाने की सुपुर्दगी में दिया गया तथा पकड़ी गई गाड़ियों पर खनन नियमावली की सुसंगत धाराओं के अन्तर्गत कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जा रही है। साथ ही एमडीडीए एवं खान विभाग को अपने स्तर से भी कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए गए है।
