देहरादून। राज्य से प्रकाशित विभिन्न समाचार पत्र,पत्रिकाओं को इस दौरान अर्थिक दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ऐसे समय में सरकार एवं संबंधित विभाग को उनकी सहायता के लिए आगे आकर एक सम्मानित अर्थिक पैकेज जारी करना चाहिए जिससे प्रभावित पत्रकारों को तत्काल राहत मिल सके। इस उद्देश्य को लेकर उत्तराखंड पत्रकार महासंघ की जिला इकाई का प्रतिनिधिमंडल जिला अध्यक्ष राजीव मैथ्यू के नेतृत्व में आज सूचना महानिदेशक रणवीर सिंह चौहान से मिला। जिसपर उत्तराखंड पत्रकार महासंघ के प्रतिनिधिमण्डल ने उन्हें एक मांग पत्र सौपा। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने सूचना महानिदेशक को दिए गए मांग पत्र के माध्यम से अवगत कराया की पत्रकार कोरोना काल में सरकार के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर अपना दायित्व निभा रहे हैं। महासंघ ने निम्न बिंदुओं पर भी यथाशीघ्र कार्यवाही करने की मांग की है। पत्रकार हितों देखते हुए अपनी निम्न मांगो से अवगत कराया जिनमे-
कोरोना काल में राज्य से प्रकाशित समाचार पत्र को राहत प्रदान करते हुए इस वर्ष अप्रैल व मई माह के अंकों को स्वतः नियमियत माना जाये।
नवीन समाचार पत्रों की सूचीबद्धता हेतु अतिशीघ्र बैठक की जाये। यदि सूचीबद्धता की बैठक करना संभव न हो 5-6 सालों से निरंतर क्रम में चले आ रहे नवीन समाचार पत्रों की क्षतिपूर्ती हेतु उन्हें यथा सम्भव कुछ विज्ञापन जारी किये जाये।
कोरोना काल में आर्थिक संकट से जूझ रहे समाचार पत्रों के लंबित बिलों के शीघ्र भुगतान हेतु विभाग को आदेशित करें।
विभाग द्वारा प्रस्तावित कमेटी द्वारा कोरोना काल में दिवंगत हुए पत्रकारों के समाचार पत्र उनके परिजनों के नाम परिवर्तित किये जाने के समयान्तराल से पूर्व उनको मिलने वाले विज्ञापन आदेश उन्हें पूर्व की भांति मिलते रहे।
सूचना महानिदेशक रणवीर सिंह चौहान ने बताया कि देहरादून की रुकी हुई सूचीबद्धता की मीटिंग इसी महीने जल्द बुलाई जाएगी।
उत्तराखंड पत्रकार महासंघ के प्रतिनिधि मंडल ने उपरोक्त बिंदुओं पर सूचना महानिदेशक रणवीर सिंह चौहान को अवगत कराते हुए कहा कि सभी समस्याओं का निराकरण किया जाना चाहिए। उन्होंने प्रतिनिधिमंडल को आश्वस्त कराया कि इसी महीने सूचीबद्धता की बैठक यथाशीघ्र की जानी है व लंबित बिलों का भुगतान भी शीघ्र कर दिया जाएगा। इसके अलावा उन्होंने अन्य बिंदु पर भी शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने का आश्वासन दिया।
