अल्मोडा। राज्य के विभिन्न आध्यत्मिक क्षेत्रो को पर्यटन के रूप में विकसित करने के भगीरथ प्रयास में जुटे सतपाल महाराज बुधवार से लगभग दस दिनों के सरकारी दौरे पर रहकर विभिन्न योजनाओं का शिलान्यास कर अपने गन्तव्य को मुहर्त रूप देने में जुटे है इसी श्रखंला में आज कटारमल में पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति विभाग की 2,230.56 लाख की विभिन्न योजनाओं का लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम के अवसर पर प्रदेश के पर्यटन, संस्कृति एवं सिंचाई मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा है कि अल्मोड़ा जनपद में प्रदेश सरकार पर्यटन को बढावा देने लिए एक ओर जहां सभी जनपदों में थीम बेस्ड नये गन्तव्य स्थल विकसित कर रही है, तो वहीं दूसरी ओर हम विभिन्न आध्यात्मिक सक्रिटों का निर्माण कर पौराणिक मंदिरों को एक सूत्र में जोड़ने का प्रयास कर रहे हैं। कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने आज केन्द्र पोषित “स्वदेश दर्शन” के तहत हेरिटेज सर्किट कटारमल में 1330.00 (तेरह करोड़ तीस लाख) और जागेश्वर में 813.00 (आठ करोड़ तेरह लाख) की पर्यटन सुविधाओं के विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण करने के साथ-साथ मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा के अन्तर्गत संस्कृति विभाग की 39.50 (उनतालीस लाख पचास हजार) की लागत से शहीद स्मारक सल्ट के सौन्दर्यीकरण, शहीदों की मूर्ति के निर्माण एवं विधानसभा सोमेश्वर स्थित बयालखालसा बद्रीनाथ मंदिर में 38.6 (अड़तालीस लाख छः हजार) की लागत के सौन्दर्यीकरण कार्यो का शिलान्यास किया।
प्रदेश के पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास कार्यक्रम के मौके पर बोलते हुए कहा कि हम विभिन्न आध्यात्मिक सक्रिटों जैसे शिव सक्रिट, दैवीय सक्रिट, विवेकानंद सक्रिट, गोलज्यू मंदिर सक्रिट, नागराजा मंदिर सक्रिट, विष्णु राम एवं नरसिंह मंदिर सर्किट, नवग्रह सर्किट के साथ-साथ बुद्ध सर्किट, गुरुद्वारा सर्किट, सिद्ध बाबा सर्किट सहित अन्य मंदिरों के सर्किटों का निर्माण भी प्रस्ताव है। हम चाहते हैं कि राज्य के पौराणिक मंदिरों को सर्किटों से जोड़ते हुए देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड आने वाले पर्यटक को इन मंदिरों की आध्यात्मिक एवं पौराणिक महत्ता की सम्पूर्ण जानकारी मिलने के अलावा वह वहां जाकर दर्शनों का लाभ उठा सकें। उन्होने कहा कि राज्य में धार्मिक सर्किटों की श्रृंखला बनने से पर्यटन और तीर्थाटन को बढ़ावा मिलने के साथ-साथ स्थानीय लोगों को भी रोजगार मिल सकेगा। श्री महाराज ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के पहाड़ी क्षेत्रों में पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय गृह आवास योजना के अंतर्गत बनने वाले होमस्टे प्राधिकरण के वर्तमान नियमों के चलते नहीं बन पा रहे थे, इसके अलावा अन्य विकास कार्य भी प्रभावित हो रहे थे। लेकिन मेरी मुख्यमंत्री जी से हुई वार्ता के बाद अब पहाडी क्षेत्रों में प्राधिकरण की बाध्यता को समाप्त कर दिया गया है। पर्यटन मंत्री ने कहा कि पर्यटन विभाग गढ़वाली एवं कुमांऊनी भोजन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रदेश के सभी होटलों में इसकी अनिवार्यता सुनिश्चित करने पर भी जोर दे रहा है। उन्होंने इस बात पर संतोष जताया कि प्रदेश के कई पंच सितारा होटलों ने अपने मैन्यू में इसे शामिल भी कर लिया है।
श्री महाराज ने बताया कि पर्यटन विभाग राज्य में साहसिक पर्यटन को सुव्यवस्थित रुप से संचालित करने हेतु रिवर राफ्टिंग एवं पैराग्लाइडिंग के लिए लगातार कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में पर्यटन विकास हेतु करोड़ों रुपए के कार्य प्रस्तावित हैं। कटारमल में आयोजित कार्यक्रम के दौरान पर्यटन मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज का स्वागत परम्परागत छोलिया नृत्य और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों की प्रस्तुति
