मुख्यमंत्री ने किया पौड़ी में 800 करोड़ की 353 विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण
पौड़ी/देहरादून । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को पौड़ी में 800 करोड़ लागत की 353 विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण किया। इसमें 134.61 करोड़ की 196 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण तथा 666.13 करोड़ की 157 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास शामिल है। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने पौड़ी में विशाल जन सभा को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि पौड़ी की यह भूमि सांस्कृतिक चेतना के केन्द्र, तीलू रौतैली, वीर माधो सिंह, जसवंत सिंह रावत और भारत के प्रथम सीडीएस रहे विपिन रावत की भूमि है। उन्होंने कहा कि कि यह उनका सौभाग्य है कि आज उन्हें पौड़ी की पवित्र भूमि पर आने और मातृशक्ति को समर्पित कार्यक्रम में जन कल्याण की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण करने का सुअवसर मिल रहा है। आज पौड़ी गढ़वाल के लिए 800 करोड़ से अधिक की लोक कल्याणकारी परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास और लोकार्पण किया गया है। इन योजनाओं से पौड़ी गढ़वाल का और तेजी से विकास होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में डबल इंजन की सरकार द्वारा पूरे उत्तराखंड का विकास किया जा रहा है। महिला समूहों द्वारा स्थानीय उत्पादों पर लगाए गई प्रदर्शनियों की सराहना करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी मातृशक्ति ‘’आत्मनिर्भर भारत’‘ और ’’वोकल फॉर लोकल’’ के मंत्र को धरातल पर उतारने का कार्य कर रही हैं। आज प्रदेश के दुर्गम गावों में महिलाएं सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप बनाकर कुटीर उद्योगों के जरिए ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को गति प्रदान कर रही हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखंड में देश का सबसे कठोर नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। धर्मांतरण रोकने के लिए भी कानून बनाया गया है। प्रदेश की महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत आरक्षण की व्यवस्था भी प्रारंभ की। उत्तराखंड में समान नागरिक संहिता को भी लागू करने की दिशा में सरकार आगे बढ़ रही है। कल ही हमें कमेटी द्वारा इसका ड्राफ्ट भी सौंप दिया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के विजन के अनुरूप राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के विकास और कल्याण के लिए पूरी निष्ठा और समर्पण के साथ उत्तराखंड को देश का श्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने की दिशा में आगे बढ़ रही है। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा कण्डोलिया मैदान में महिला सशक्तिकरण को समर्पित ‘दिशा ध्याणी, ब्वै-ब्वारी‘ सम्मेलन कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग कर रांसी स्टेडियम में शहीद जसवंत सिंह रावत जी की मूर्ति का अनावरण किया। उसके बाद कण्डोलिया पार्क में अर्बन हाट और महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह द्वारा तैयार किये गये उत्पादों का अवलोकन किया। उन्होंने कंडोलिया मंदिर के दर्शन करते हुए देश-प्रदेश की खुशहाली और समृद्धि की कामना की। इसके पश्चात मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा मुख्य कार्यक्रम स्थल कंडोलिया मैदान में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में प्रतिभाग करते हुए विभिन्न विभागों की ‘‘16 सामान्य स्टॉल, 05 लाइव स्टॉल (भीमल पेंटिंग, पिरूल व खजूर के क्राफ्ट निर्माण, उत्तराखण्ड के भाण्ड-कुण्ड, मथनी से मठ्ठा निकालना, जांदरा व ओखली का प्रदर्शन) तथा फोटो प्रदर्शनी (जी-20, बीट्ल्स फेस्टिवल तथा सिलक्यारा टनल रेस्क्यू) का अवलोकन करते हुए नारी सशक्तिकरण और प्रदेश के विकास के संबंध में केन्द्र व राज्य सरकार द्वारा किये गये कार्यों और प्रयासों की जानकारी प्राप्त की। कार्यक्रम स्थल में मुख्यमंत्री ने पशुपालन विभाग के स्टॉल में बदरी गाय और बछिया का पूजन कर लाइव स्टॉल में ओखली से अनाज कूटा और जंदरे में भी हाथ अजमाया।
अपने संबोंधन में मुख्यमंत्री ने केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा नारी सशक्तिकरण के लिए चलायी जा रही योजनाओं, कार्यक्रमों, उपलब्धियों और प्रयासों से अवगत कराते हुए नारी शक्ति को इस पर्वतीय राज्य की रीढ़ कहा। कहा कि चाहे उत्तराखण्ड में महिलाओं के लिए सरकारी नौकरियों में 30 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने की बात हो अथवा महिलाओं को उज्ज्वला गैस योजना के लाभ की बात हो ऐसी योजनाओं से आज महिलाएं तेजी से आत्मनिर्भर और सशक्त होकर उत्तराखण्ड को देश के अग्रणी राज्य बनाने में अपना योगदान दे रही हैं।
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा तैयार की गयी गंगा पथ पर आधारित ‘‘कॉफी टेबल बुक‘‘ का विमोचन भी किया। मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा कण्डोलिया में ही स्व0 जनरल बिपिन रावत के पार्क का लोकार्पण किया, जहां पर जनरल बिपिन रावत की प्रतिमा और 101 फीट ऊंचा तिरंगा आकर्षण का केन्द्र रहा। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने उपस्थित जनमानस को ‘बेटी बचाओ-बेटी पढ़ाओ‘ व ड्रग फ्री देवभूमि-2025 की शपथ दिलाई।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री ने कंडोलिया थीम पार्क में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों की ओर से लगाए गए अर्बन हाट का निरीक्षण के दौरान महिलाओं के स्वरोजगार के प्रयासों से बेहद खुश नजर आए। हाट में लगाए गए स्टॉलों के भ्रमण के दौरान महिलाओं ने सीएम को उत्पाद चखाए। सीएम के आत्मीय व्यवहार और रोजगार के बारे में बारीकी से जानकारी लिए जाने पर मातृशक्ति प्रफुल्लित नजर आई। हाट में महिलाओं ने मोटे अनाज के उत्पाद, अर्से, पकोड़े, अचार, चटनी और दाल के पकोड़े रखे थे। मातृ शक्ति के अनुरोध पर सीएम ने उत्पादों का स्वाद चखा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रत्येक स्टॉल में जाकर उत्पादों की जानकारी लेने के साथ ही इससे हो रहे लाभ के बारे में सवाल किए। मुख्यमत्री ने महिलाओं की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि मातृशक्ति बहुत बढ़िया काम कर रही हैं। इसका लाभ उनके परिवार सहित प्रदेश को मिलेगा। महिलाओं ने बताया कि उन्होंने सरकार के वोकल फॉर लोकल के नारे का अनुसरण करते हुए स्वरोजगार की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाया है। वह चाहती हैं कि आत्मनिर्भर बनने के साथ ही स्थानीय उत्पादों का प्रचार-प्रसार हो।‘‘दिशा ध्याणी, ब्यै-ब्वारी ‘‘ सम्मेलन कार्यक्रम में कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज और डॉ0 धन सिंह रावत ने भी प्रतिभाग करते हुए केन्द्र और राज्य सरकार द्वारा देश-प्रदेश के विकास के किये जा रहे कार्यों से अवगत कराया। इस दौरान स्थानीय विधायक राजकुमार पोरी, लैंसडाउन विधायक दिलीप रावत और यमकेश्वर विधायक रेनू बिष्ट, जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष शांति देवी, गौ सेवा आयोग के उपाध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र अंथवाल, आयुक्त गढ़वाल विनय शंकर पाण्डे, महानिरीक्षक गढ़वाल के.एस. नगन्याल, जिलाधिकारी गढ़वाल डॉ0 आशीष चैहान, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अपूर्वा पाण्डे, प्रभारी वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक जया बलूनी, पूर्व विधायक मुकेश कोहली, निवर्तमान नगरपालिका अध्यक्ष यशपाल बेनाम सहित बड़ी संख्या में आम जनमानस उपस्थित थे।
