ये उत्तराखण्ड के लिये बड़े ही गौरव की बात है कि ऐसी उजस्वी, ईमानदार कर्मठ वरिष्ठ महिला प्रशासनिक् अधिकारी श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी उत्तराखण्ड राज्य की प्रथम मुख्य सचिव बनी है। निवर्तमान मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस. संधु ने मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती रतूड़ी को पदभार सौंपा।
