देहरादून । टीबी मुक्त उत्तराखंड के लिये राज्य सरकार द्वारा किये जा रहे प्रयास धरातल पर नजर आने लगे हैं। टी0बी0 रोगियों की सेवा के लिये प्रदेश में हजारों ने लोगों ने आगे आ कर सामुदायिक भागीदारी निभाई है। वहीं इन सबके बीच राज्य के स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार सामाजिक सहभागिता की मिशाल बने हैं। नि:क्षय मित्र बन स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने दूसरी बार टीबी रोगियों को गोद लिया है। जिन रोगियों को उन्होंने गोद लिया था वह पूरी तरह स्वस्थ होकर सामन्य जीवन ब्यतीत कर रहे हैं।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने मीडिया को जारी एक बयान में बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत राज्य में अब तक 10014 लोगों ने निःक्षय मित्र के तौर पर अपना पंजीकरण कराया है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड को वर्ष 2024 तक टी0बी0 मुक्त करने के उद्देश्य से प्रदेश के ग्रामीण व शहरी क्षेत्रों में प्रधानमंत्री टी0बी0 मुक्त भारत अभियान को व्यापक स्तर पर चलाया जा रहा है। जिसमें नि-क्षय मित्र चिन्हित टीबी रोगियों को गोद लेकर टी0बी0 मुक्त अभियान में अहम भूमिक निभा रहे हैं।
जिसमें हरिद्वार जनपद में सर्वाधिक 2136 नि-क्षय मित्र पंजीकृत हैं जबकि ऊधमसिंह नगर में 2205, नैनीताल 1309, देहरादून 1709, अल्मोड़ा 593, पौड़ी गढ़वाल 468, टिहरी 392, पिथौरागढ़ 255, रूद्रप्रयाग 208, चमोली 206, उत्तरकाशी 192, चम्पावत 187 तथा बागेश्वर में 154 नि-क्षय मित्रों का पंजीकरण किया गया है।
आज दिनांक 10 जनवरी 2024 प्रधानमंत्री टीबी मुक्त भारत अभियान के अंतर्गत स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार द्वारा जिला क्षय रोग कार्यालय, देहरादून में नि-क्षय मित्र बनकर क्षय रोगी को मासिक पोशाहार दिया गया तथा उनके द्वारा आम जनमानस में अपील की गई की समाज के सभी वर्ग आगे आकर कार्यक्रम की सफलता मे सहयोग करें। सचिव महोदय द्वारा 01 साल पूर्व दो क्षय रोगियों को नि-क्षय मित्र बन पोशाहार दिया गया था जो कि वर्तमान के स्वस्थ्य हो गये है।
इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी, देहरादून, प्रभारी अधिकारी, एन.टी.ई.पी, उत्तराखण्ड, जिला क्षय रोग अधिकारी, देहरादून एवं अन्य अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित थें।
