9 अगस्त को क्रांति दिवस के रूप मे आंदोंकारी मंच करेगा भू-कानून धारा 371 का आगाज….

देहरादून। उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आंदोलंकारी मंच का कहना है कि प्रदेश को बचाना हैं तो प्रदेश क़े अपने नियम कायदे बनाने होंगे इसलिये 9 अगस्त को क्रांति दिवस के रूप मे अपना आक्रोश प्रदर्शित कर सशक्त भू-कानून धारा 371 और मूल निवास 1950 को लागू करने का सरकार पर दबाव बनाएंगे
आंदोलन का एक बार फिर बिगुल बजाते हुए शहीद स्मारक स्थल पर प्रेसवार्ता के दौरान आंदोंलनकारियों ने चरणबद्ध तरिके से आज ये एलान कर दिया है।

राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच क़े प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जगमोहन सिंह नेगी औऱ संयुक्त परिषद क़े नवनीत गुसाईं ने स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि सभी सरकारें आई लेकिन प्रदेश क़े लियॆ मजबूत भू कानून औऱ मूल निवास की नीति ढंग से लागू नहीं कराई गई औऱ उसी का परिणाम हैं कि कोई भी कहीं भी बे धड़क तराई से लेकर पहाड़ों तक भू माफिया सक्रिय हैं औऱ हमारें स्थानीय लोगो को अपने ही प्रदेश में महंगी कीमत औऱ अपने लियॆ भू खण्ड खरीदना पड़ रहा हैं इसके साथ ही उत्तर प्रदेश काल में हमें जो मूल निवास बनाकर मिलता था वह अब अचानक बन्द कर दिया गया इसका खामियाजा हमारें भगवानपुर जिला हरिद्वारः से लेकर उत्तरकाशी से लेकर पिथौरागढ़ व उधमसिंहनगर तक का व्यक्ति सीधा प्रभावित हो रहा हैं। आजादी क़े बाद तमाम लोग यंहा आकर बसे औऱ कई जगह बंजर भूमि को उपजाऊ बनाया जिसमें हमारे सिक्ख समाज , पाल समाज , सैनी समाज , हमारें कई दलित परिवारों क़े साथ ही चौहान व वालिया समाज व पहाड़ व गोर्खाली समाज ने अपनी मेहनत से इसको संवारने का कार्य किया औऱ आज हम सभी को इससे महरूम कर दिया जा रहा हैं आखिर इसके पीछे जो भी कारण रहें हो अब हम सभी मिलकर ये हक लेकर रहेंगे।
प्रदेश प्रवक्ता प्रदीप कुकरेती व सयोंजक उर्मिला शर्मा क़े साथ पुष्पलता सीलमाणा ने कहा कि 42 ज्यादा शहादत इस राज्य क़े लियॆ दी औऱ हिन्दू मुस्लिम सिक्ख ईसाई क़े नारे को लेकर प्रदेश का आन्दोलन हुआ परन्तु आज 23 वर्षों बाद भी हमारें बच्चें स्कूलों व संस्थानों में एडमिशन क़े लियॆ परेशान हैं। फेक्ट्री से लेकर सरकारी नौकरी क़े लियॆ खाक छान रहें अपनी ही भूमि बचाने को आन्दोलन करने को मजबूर हैं। ये हमारें ही आन्दोलन का नतीजा हैं जो माननीय मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच की मांग का संज्ञान समझो जो अस्थाई राजधानी क़े जिला मुख्यालय में मुख्यमंत्री को रिकार्ड रूम से लेकर रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय में अधिकारियों क़े साथ दस्तक देनी पड़ी। मोर्चे क़े विनोद असवाल व स्वाभिमान संघठन क़े मोहित डिमरी एवं यूo एसo एफo क़े लुशुन टोडरिया ने कहा कि आमजन को यह समझना होगा औऱ अब भविष्य को बचाने की लड़ाई क़े लियॆ आगे आना होगा ऐसा ना हो कि हमारा भूमि लगातार छीनती जाय औऱ मूल निवासी पलायन को मजबूर हो जाय औऱ भविष्य में इससे हमारी दोनो अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमाओं मेंभी संकट पैदा हो जाय। मोहन खत्री क़े साथ देव नौटियाल व सुरेश कुमार ने कहा कि पिछले 22 वर्षों से हमारें प्रदेश को केवल प्रयोगशाला बनाकर रख दिया गया औऱ हमारें प्रदेश वासियों क़े अधिकारों का हनन हो रहा हैं इससे देवभूमि में अपराध , भू माफिया , नशे का कारोबार क़े साथ ही बेरोजगारिता बढ़ती जा रही हैं।
आज प्रेस वार्ता करते हुये राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच द्वारा सशक्त भू–कानून औऱ मूल निवास का एक पोस्टर जारी किया सभी से तेजी से प्रचार प्रसार करने की अपील की।
