देहरादून । सचिव वित्त उत्तराखण्ड शासन दिलीप जवालकर ने आज कलैक्ट्रेट परिसर स्थित सब रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालय का निरीक्षण करते हुए अभिलेखों के साथ ही रिकॉर्डरूम में तैनात कार्मिकों की जानकारी प्राप्त करते हुए आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।
उन्होंने आईजी स्टाम को निर्देशित किया कि रजिस्ट्रार, सब रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालयों एवं रिकॉर्ड रूम में लगे सीसीटीवी कैमरे की मुख्यालय स्तर पर मॉनिटरिंग की जाए तथा रिकॉर्ड रूम में सक्षम अधिकारी की अनुमति के बगैर किसी को प्रवेश न दिया जाए। साथ ही अन्य समस्त रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालयों से इनडैक्स रजिस्टर की सूचना प्राप्त कर ली जाए। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि रिकॉर्ड रूम एवं रजिस्ट्रार ऑफिस में सुरक्षा में तैनात स्टाफ को ड्यूटी चार्ट देते हुए जिम्मेदारी के संबंध में भलीभांति दायित्व समझाए जाए। निर्देशित किया कि विक्रय पत्र की मूल प्रति संबंधित को देने से पूर्व ऑफिस में भी अभिलेखों की छायाप्रति सुरक्षित रखी जाए। निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने रिकॉर्ड रूम में प्रत्येक एंगल पर कैमरे लगाने के निर्देश दिए। जिससे रिकॉर्डरूम के बाहर तथा भीतर की प्रत्येक गतिविधि पर नजर रखी जा सके। साथ ही मुख्यालय से इसकी प्रभावी मॉनिटरिंग हेतु स्टाफ की तैनाती करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होने आईजी स्टाम्प को निर्देशित किया कि सभी सब रिजस्ट्रार कार्यालय में सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत फायर उपकरण, सीसीटीवी कैमरे, सुरक्षा गार्ड आदि सभी व्यवस्थाएं करने तथा एआईजी स्टॉम्प को अपने क्षेत्रान्तर्गत सब रजिस्ट्रार कार्यालयों का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्था देख लें। उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि रिकॉर्ड रूम के बाहर विजिटर रजिस्टर रखा जाए जिसमें प्रत्येक कार्मिक एवं आने-जाने वालों का सम्पूर्ण विवरण,समय, पूर्ण पता एवं मोबाईल नं0 सहित अंकित किया जाए। निरीक्षण के दौरान अपर सचिव/आईजी स्टाम अहमद इकबाल, एआईजी स्टाम्प संदीप श्रीवास्तव सहित अन्य अधिकारी/कार्मिक उपस्थित रहे।
