विवेकानंद खंडूरी के प्रयासों को मिली राहत —- लेकिन मंजील अभी दूर है…..
देहरादून । लम्बे समय से गरीब छात्रों के भविष्य को लेकर संघर्ष कर रहे भारतीय जनता पार्टी नेता एवं पूर्व दर्जाधारी विवेकानंद खंडूरी के प्रयासों को आख़िरकार थोड़ी राहत मिल गयी तो जिसमे डीएवी पीजी कॉलेज देहरादून की संबद्धता हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी से समाप्त किए जाने के मामले में उत्तराखंड हाई कोर्ट द्वारा स्टे दिए जाने के आदेश को न्याय संगत एवं हजारों छात्रों के हित में बताया है।
आज विवेकानन्द खंडूरी के हौसले व उनके प्रयासो की जितनी सराहना की जाये वो कम है जिनकी वजह से उम्मीदों के रास्ते मंजिल पे पहुंचने को अग्रसर हुए। लगभग दो वर्ष से केंद्र सरकार व राज्य सरकार से श्री खंडूरी परस्पर संवाद बनाये हुए। जबकि इस मसले को हल करने के लिए राज्य से जुड़े हर व्यक्ति की जिम्मेदारी बनती है कि इसे अंजाम तक पहुंचाए।
श्री खंडूरी का इस मामले पर कहना है कि यूनिवर्सिटी की एग्जीक्यूटिव काउंसिल का 10 राजकीय सहायता प्राप्त अशासकीय महाविद्यालयों को असंबद्ध करने संबंधी निर्णय उच्च न्यायालय उत्तराखण्ड द्वारा पूर्व में दिए गए आदेश का उल्लघंन था।
पिछले दिनों यूनिवर्सिटी की एग्जीक्यूटिव काउंसिल द्वारा हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा गढ़वाल सेंट्रल यूनिवर्सिटी से गढ़वाल मंडल के 10 राजकीय सहायता प्राप्त अशासकीय महाविद्यालयों को असंबद्ध कर दिया था। यूनिवर्सिटी की एग्जीक्यूटिव काउंसिल ने असंबद्ध महाविद्यालयों को श्री देव सुमन विश्वविद्यालय से संबद्धता लेने के निर्देश दिए थे।
डीएवी कॉलेज की प्राचार्य डॉ के आर जैन ने स्टे ऑर्डर की जानकारी देते हुए बताया की डीएवी कॉलेज प्रबंधन ने उत्तराखंड हाई कोर्ट में हेमवती नंदन बहुगुणा विश्वविद्यालय के दस अशासकीय महाविद्यालयों की संबंद्धता खत्म किए जाने के फैसले को चुनौती दी थी जिस पर आज हाई कोर्ट ने स्टे लगाया है।
उत्तराखंड उच्च न्यायालय के न्यायमूर्ति मनोज तिवारी और न्यायमूर्ति पंकज पुरोहित की खंडपीठ ने महाविद्यालय की संबद्धता समाप्त करने के आदेश पर स्टे लगाते हुए राज्य सरकार, केंद्र सरकार और गढ़वाल यूनिवर्सिटी से अगले तीन हफ्तों में जवाब पेश करने के आदेश दिए है। खंडपीठ ने केवल डीएवी पीजी कॉलेज की संबद्धता समाप्त करने पर स्टे दिया है।
