देहरादून। उत्तरांचल प्रेस क्लब की अर्द्धवार्षिक स्मारिका/डायरेक्टरी का मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विमोचन किया। शुक्रवार सुबह अपने सरकारी आवास में प्रेस क्लब कार्यकारिणी की मौजूदगी में विमोचन करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार पत्रकारों के कल्याण के लिए लगातार काम कर रही है। उन्होंने मध्य प्रदेश की तर्ज पर राज्य में पत्रकारों के लिए बीमा योजना शुरू करने का आश्वासन देते हुए कहा कि इस संबंध में वहां की नियमावली का अध्ययन कराया जाएगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने सूचना महानिदेशक बंशीधर तिवारी को दूरभाष पर प्रेस क्लब भवन निर्माण संबंधी सभी औपचारिकताएं शीघ्र पूरी करने और राज्य निर्माण आंदोलन के दौरान सक्रिय रहे पत्रकारों का चिह्नीकरण करते हुए उन्हें स्थायी मान्यता प्रदान करने संबंधी पूर्व घोषणा के क्रियान्वयन के निर्देश भी दिए।
प्रेस क्लब अध्यक्ष अजय राणा और महामंत्री विकास गुसाईं ने पत्रकारों के कल्याण के लिए सरकार की ओर से उठाए जा रहे कदमों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री को साधुवाद दिया। महामंत्री विकास गुसाईं ने पत्रकारों को अटल आयुष्मान योजना में पत्रकारों को भी कर्मचारियों की भांति गोल्डन कार्ड की सुविधा मुहैया कराने का आग्रह किया।
क्लब के पूर्व अध्यक्ष जितेंद्र अंथवाल ने मुख्यमंत्री का ध्यान मध्य प्रदेश सरकार की ओर से पत्रकारों के लिए चलाई जा रही 20 लाख रूपये की बीमा योजना की ओर दिलाते हुए आग्रह किया कि आगामी पत्रकारिता दिवस के मौके पर उत्तराखंड में भी सरकार को पत्रकारों के लिए अंशदान आधारित इसी तरह की बीमा योजना आरंभ करनी चाहिए। क्लब अध्यक्ष राणा और पूर्व अध्यक्ष अंथवाल ने क्लब भवन निर्माण और भूमि हस्तांतरण मामले में हो रहे विलंब की ओर भी मुख्यमंत्री का ध्यान आकृष्ट किया। साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री का ध्यान राज्य निर्माण आंदोलन के दौरान सक्रिय रहे पत्रकारों को स्थाई मान्यता संबंधी पूर्व घोषणा की ओर भी उनका ध्यान दिलाया।
क्लब कार्यकारिणी ने हाल ही आंदोलनकारी नेत्री सुशीला बलूनी के देहावसान पर सरकार की ओर दिए गए राजकीय सम्मान की पहल, गांवों में मुख्यमंत्री के रात्रि विश्राम और घोषणाओं पर अमल के लिए शीघ्र शासनादेश जारी करने जैसी पहल को लेकर भी मुख्यमंत्री की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि इस तरह के कदमों से आमजन के बीच सकारात्मक संदेश जा रहा है।
