भारत पर्व का उद्घाटन बृहस्पितवार, 26 जनवरी 2023 को हुआ। शुक्रवार से इसे आम जनता के लिए खोला गया है। पर्यटन विभाग पर्व में उत्तराखंड थीम पवेलियन, फूड स्टॉल, हस्तशिल्प स्टॉल के जरिए लोगों को आकर्षित कर रहा है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए योग एवं अध्यात्म की राजधानी ऋषिकेश में आयोजित अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग दिवस की प्रदर्शनियों को भी शामिल किया गया है। इसी थीम पर एक सेल्फी प्वाइंट बनाया गया है। महोत्सव में शामिल होने के इच्छुक लोगों के लिए वहां नि:शुल्क रजिस्ट्रेशन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध करायी गई है।
