उक्त बात प्रदेश के पर्यटन, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायती राज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, जलागम, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने जारी अपने एक बयान में कहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि जोशीमठ में लगातार हो रहे भू-धसाव से अनेक घरों व भवनों में दरारें आने से प्रभावित लोगों को अन्य स्थानों पर शिफ्ट किया जा रहा है। जल्दी ही इसके लिए पूरा प्लान बनाकर आगे की कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
श्री महाराज ने एसडीएम और जिलाधिकारी को निर्देश दिये हैं कि लोगों की सुरक्षा के साथ-साथ उनके रहने के पुख्ता इंतजाम किये जायें। ऐसे मकानों को पहले फेज में शिफ्ट किया जाए जिनमें दरारें अधिक हैं, ताकि किसी बड़े खतरे से बचा जा सके।
