सन्दर्भो के निस्तारण हेतु विभागीय अधिकारी कार्य मे लाये तेजी : जिलाधिकारी

वीडियो कसन्फ्रेन्सिंग के जरिये विभिन्न सन्दर्भों पर की चर्चा

देहरादून दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर 2020 (जि.सू.का), जिलाधिकारी डाॅ आशीष कुमार श्रीवास्तव की अध्यक्षता में वीडियो कान्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से प्राप्त विभिन्न सन्दर्भों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में जिन विभागों के 2 या 2 से अधिक सन्दर्भों का निस्तारण किया जाना था ऐसे विभागों के अधिकारियों द्वारा प्रतिभाग किया गया। जिलाधिकारी ने विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय से प्राप्त 32 करते हुए रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करें।
उन्होंने कहा कि समय से निस्तारण न होने की दशा में गम्भीरता से कार्यवाही की जाएगी। समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने महामहिम राष्ट्रपति, महामहिम राज्यपाल, माननीय आयोग, ई-आफिस एवं उनके स्तर से जारी सन्दर्भों पर अभी तक की गई कार्यवाही की जानकारी प्राप्त की गई। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागीय अधिकारी समयबद्धता के साथ सभी सन्दर्भों के निस्तारण कार्य में तेजी लाएं।
उन्होंने बताया कि जिन विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा उक्त सन्दर्भों का निस्तारण में ढिलाई बरती जा रही है। ऐसे विभागीय अधिकारियों के विरूद्ध आवश्यक कार्यवाही अमल में लाई जाएगी। उन्होंने उप जिलाधिकारी विकासनगर एवं ऋषिकेश को विभिन्न सन्दर्भो का प्राथमिकता से निस्तारण कराते हुए रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने बताया कि जिन विभागों की 5 से अधिक सन्दर्भ लम्बित है वे आगामी बैठक से पूर्व हरहाल में निस्तारण करें। उन्होंने बताया कि मा0 मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय तथा अन्य सन्दर्भों की पुनः समीक्षा बैठक आगामी सप्ताह में आयोजित की जाएगी।
बैठक मेें नगर मजिस्टेªट कुश्म चैहान, पुलिस क्षेत्राधिकारी नरेन्द्र पंत, जिला विकास अधिकारी सुशील मोहन डोभाल समेत सभी उप जिलाधिकारी वीडियो कान्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़े रहे।
