बारिश का कहर : तीन लोग मलबे में दबे
देहरादून। बीती रात भारी वर्षा के चलते राजपुर क्षेत्र अंतर्गत काठ बंगला बस्ती में आवास ढहने से एक बच्चा सहित दो महिला की दबने से मौत हो गयी। रेस्क्यू टीम द्वारा तीनों की बॉडी रिकवर कर ली गई है। जिलाधिकारी श्रीमती सोनिका ने मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी को तीनों बरामद बॉडी की
पोस्टमार्टम करने के निर्देश दिए।
आज प्रातः लगभग 4:10 बजे काठ बंगला राजपुर रोड पर एक मकान में में मलबा घुसने की सूचना मिलने पर प्रशासन की टीम एसडीआरफ और स्थानीय पुलिस के साथ तत्काल मौके पर पहुँची और रेस्क्यू अभियान चलाया गया। रेस्क्यू अभियान में दो महिला संगीता पत्नी दिनेश उम्र 22 वर्ष, लक्ष्मी पत्नी मन्नू उम्र 28 वर्ष और दिनेश का 10 दिन के बच्चे का शव बरामद किया गया। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में नगर मजिस्ट्रेट कुसुम चौहान ने सूचना प्राप्त होते ही मौके पर पंहचुकर आपदा राहत कार्यों का सम्पादन किया और पूरी टीम के साथ बचाव कार्य मे जुट गयी।
जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रशासन डाॅ0 एस.के बरनवाल, सहायक निदेशक सूचना बद्री चन्द्र नेगी, जिला पंचायतीराज अधिकारी एम.एम खान एवं जिला आपदा प्रबन्धन अधिकारी दीपशिखा रावत आपदा परिचालन केन्द्र में बने रहकर विभिन्न विभागों से समन्वय कर आपदा राहत कार्यों की विभिन्न व्यवस्थाओं सहित समस्त तहसीलों से सम्पर्क बनाते हुए सूचना का आदान-प्रदान करते हुए आईआरएस सिस्टम से जुड़े अधिकारियों ने समन्वय कर राहत कार्यों का संचालन किया और बचाव कार्यो में जुट गए।
वहीं जिला आपदा प्रबंधन कार्यालय में अपर जिलाधिकारी के के मिश्रा एवं डॉ एस के बनवाल सहित संबंधित अधिकारी द्वारा भारी वर्षा के चलते जनपद में हो रही घटना की पल पल जानकारी ले रहे थे। साथ ही जिलाधिकारी के दिशा-निर्देश में आवश्यक कार्यवाही को अंजाम दिया।
