  1. देहरादून । जिलाधिकारी सोनिका ने आज जनपद की तहसील सदर अन्तर्गत बिष्ट गांव में भारी वर्षा के कारण एक भवन के आगंन क्षतिग्रस्त होने से खतरे की जद में आये परिवार को पंचायत घर एवं रिश्तेदार के यहां शिफ्ट किया। जबकि जिला प्रशासन द्वारा प्रभावित परिवार को टैन्ट,तिरपाल एवं खाद्य सामग्री वितरित की गई। स्थलीय निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने उप जिलाधिकारी सदर को नियमानुसार भवन का आंगणन करते हुए मुआवजा बनाने के निर्देश दिए। इसके उपरान्त उन्होंने गोविन्दगढ एवं बिन्दाल नाले किनारे हुए भू-कटाव आदि स्थलों का निरीक्षण करते हुए सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सुरक्षात्मक कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। गोविन्द गढ में निरीक्षण के दौरान स्थानीय विधायक श्रीमती सविता कपूर भी मौजूद रही।
    जिलाधिकारी ने बिष्ट गावं में निरीक्षण के दौरान खतरे की जद में पहुचे भवन में निवास कर रहे भवन स्वामी के मनीराम पुत्र गंभीरदत्त को उनके भाई के मकान में तथा दीपक शर्मा पुत्र मनीराम को पंचायतघर में शिफ्ट किया गया। इससे पूर्व जिला प्रशासन की ओर से प्रभावित परिवार को टैन्ट, तिरपाल, तथा खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई गई। निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी ने मौके पर मौजूद उप जिलाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि क्षतिग्रस्त हुए भवन का आगणन करवाते हुए मानक के अनुरूप मुआवजा बनाने क निर्देश दिए।
    इसके उपरान्त जिलाधिकारी ने गोविन्दगढ में छोटे नाले के समीप हुए भू-कटाव से खतरे से एक मकान खतरे की जद में आने की संभावना के दृष्टिगत उक्त भू-कटाव वाले स्थल पर अधिशासी अभियन्ता सिंचाई विभाग को सुरक्षा दीवार के लिए आंगणन तैयार करते हुए तत्काल सुरक्षा दीवार लगाने के निर्देश दिए। इस अवसर पर स्थानीय विधायक श्रीमती सविता कपूर भी मौजूद रही। वहीं जिलाधिकारी ने बिन्दाल कावंली से सत्तोवाली घाटी गांधीग्राम तक स्थलीय निरीक्षण करते हुए भू-कटाव से बस्ती एवं रास्ते की सुरक्षा दीवार क्षतिग्रस्त होने के चलते अधिकारियों को आंगणन कर सुरक्षा दीवार बनाने के निर्देश दिए।
    जिलाधिकारी ने बरसात के चलते समस्त उप जिलाधिकारियों एवं सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में ऐसे स्थानों जहां भू-कटाव एवं नदी नाले किनारे रह रहे लोगों की सुरक्षा को खतरा हो के लिए नजदीक सुरक्षित स्थान चिन्हित करने के निर्देश दिए ताकि भारी वर्षा के दौरान इन लोगों को चिन्हित सुरक्षित स्थानों पर स्थानान्तरित किया जा सके। उन्होंने तहसील स्तर पर बनाये गए कन्ट्रोलरूम एवं बाढ चैकियों को 24×7 सक्रिय रहने के निर्देश दिए तथा सम्बन्धित अधिकारियों को इसकी माॅनिटरिंग करनेे के निर्देश। साथ ही आईआरएस सिस्टम से जुडे़ विभागों के अधिकारियों को 24×7 मोबाईल फाॅन खुला रखते हुए प्राप्त हुई सूचना पर त्वरित संज्ञान लेते हुए रिस्पांस करने के निर्देश दिए।
    निरीक्षण के दौरान बिष्ट गांव उप जिलाधिकारी सदर/मसूरी नरेश चन्द्र दुर्गापाल, कानूनगो तथा राजस्व विभाग के कार्मिकों के साथ सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे। गोविन्दगढ एवं सत्तोवाली घाटी में निरीक्षण के दौरान सिंचाई विभाग, राजस्व, नगर निगम एवं लोनिवि के अधिकारियों सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
