उत्तराखंड चारधाम के तीर्थयात्रियों को आकस्मिक दुर्घटना पर मिलेगा एक लाख बीमा कवर

देहरादून: 15 जून। उत्तराखंड चार धाम श्री बदरीनाथ, श्री केदारनाथ, श्री गंगोत्री,श्री यमुनोत्री धाम के मंदिर परिसर में तीर्थयात्रियों को किसी दुर्घटना पर अब एक लाख रूपये का बीमा कवर मिलेगा।

प्रदेश के पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज के प्रयास से यह संभव हुआ है। प्रसिद्ध आध्यात्मिक संस्था मानव उत्थान सेवा समिति की ओर से बीमा की प्रीमियम युनाइटेड इंडिया इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड को दी गयी है। उल्लेखनीय है कि पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज प्रसिद्ध आध्यात्मिक संस्था मानव उत्थान सेवा समिति दिल्ली के संस्थापक भी है।
श्री बदरीनाथ- केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति के अध्यक्ष अजेंद्र अजय ने पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज एवं मानव उत्थान सेवा समिति का आभार जताया है कहा है कि पहली बार चारधाम आनेवाले तीर्थयात्रियों को बीमा कवर मिल रहा है।

श्री बदरीनाथ- केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति के मीडिया प्रभारी डा. हरीश गौड़ ने बताया कि मंदिर समिति मुख्य कार्याधिकारी बी. डी. सिंह ने इस संबंध में उपजिलाधिकारी जोशीमठ, उखीमठ, बड़कोट( यमुनोत्री), भटवाड़ी ( गंगोत्री) को पत्र लिखकर सूचित किया है कि मंदिर परिसर में क्षेत्र में किसी दुर्घटना पर यह बीमा कवर दिया जायेगा । पत्र में बीमा राशि के भुगतान के संबंध में श्री बदरीनाथ- केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति को सूचित करने को कहा गया है।
बीमा राशि का भुगतान श्री बदरीनाथ- केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति के माध्यम से युनाईटेड इंडिया इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड द्वारा देय होगा। सुलभ संदर्भ हेतु जितेंद्र सिंह वरिष्ठ शाखा प्रबंधक युनाइटेड इंश्योरेंस कंपनी का भी जिक्र किया गया है।
