मुख्यमंत्री ने पिथौरागढ़ में 113.34 करोड़ की योजनाओं का किया शिलान्यास एवं लोकार्पण
इनर लाईन ई पास पोर्टल का किया शुभारम्भ
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को डीआरडीओ गेस्ट हाउस पिथौरागढ़ में विधानसभा क्षेत्र धारचूला, पिथौरागढ़, डीडीहाट तथा गंगोलीहाट की 113.34 करोड़ की 47 विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया, जिनमें 73 करोड़ की 28 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण तथा 40.34 करोड़ की 19 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास शामिल है।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने धारचूला मुनस्यारी क्षेत्र के ओम पर्वत, आदि कैलाश, छोटा कैलाश क्षेत्र में आवागमन हेतु पर्यटकों को इनर लाइन ई पास रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था हेतु इनर लाइन ई पास पोर्टल का भी शुभारम्भ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने पं. नैन सिंह रावत, शैतान सिंह और मान सिंह रावत जी के चित्र पर पुष्प अर्पित कर उन्हें श्रद्वांजलि दी। उन्होंने पं. नैन सिंह रावत के परिवार के सदस्यों से मुलाकात कर उन्हें शॉल भेंट कर सम्मानित भी किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड के समग्र विकास के लिए हमने कई संकल्प लिए हैं। राज्य सरकार पारदर्शिता के साथ विकल्प रहित संकल्प के साथ कार्य कर रही है। सरलीकरण, समाधान एवं निस्तारीकरण पर अधिकारियों को विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं। हमारी प्राथमिकता समाज के अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति तक जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश के समग्र विकास के लिए राज्य सरकार हर सम्भव प्रयास कर रही है। हमने प्रदेश की जनता से जो वायदे किये हैं, वे सभी पूरे किये जायेंगे। राज्य में नई सरकार के गठन के बाद पहली केबिनेट में उत्तराखण्ड के सभी लोगों के लिए एक समान कानून के लिए समिति बनाने को केबिनेट से मंजूरी दी गई है। जल्द ही विशेषज्ञों की कमेटी बनाकर ड्राफ्ट तैयार किया जायेगा। पर्यावरण मित्रों का मानदेय बढ़ाकर प्रतिदिन 500 रूपये किया गया है। सरकार ने पति-पत्नि दोंनों को वृद्धावस्था पेंशन देने का निर्णय लिया है और इसकी धनराशि भी बढ़ाई है। प्रदेश में गरीब परिवारों को एक साल में तीन गैस सिलेण्डर मुफ्त देने का निर्णय लिया गया है, जिसके लिए बजट का प्राविधान किया गया है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का उत्तराखण्ड से विशेष लगाव है। प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखण्ड में अनेक विकास कार्य हो रहे हैं। केन्द्र सरकार के सहयोग से राज्य में हवाई, रेल, सड़क कनेक्टिविटी का तेजी से विस्तार हो रहा है। भव्य एवं दिव्य केदारपुरी का निर्माण हुआ है। श्री बद्रीनाथ में विभिन्न कार्यों के लिए केन्द्र सरकार से 250 करोड़ रूपये की स्वीकृति मिल चुकी है। ऋषिकेश-कर्णप्रयाग रेल लाईन पर तेजी से कार्य हो रहा है। कुमांउ क्षेत्र में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं के विकास पर भी ध्यान दिया जा रहा है, इसके लिये जनपद उधम सिंह नगर में एम्स ऋषिकेश का सेटलाइट सेन्टर स्थापित किया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सीमान्त जनपद पिथौरागढ़ के सुद्रवर्ती सुरम्य इनर लाइन क्षेत्रों में पर्यटकों की आवाजाही के लिये बनाये गये इनर लाइन ई पास पोर्टल से पर्यटकों को सुविधा होगी तथा अधिक से अधिक पर्यटक इस क्षेत्र में आ सकेंगे।
कार्यक्रम में विधायक पिथौरागढ़ मयूख महर, विधायक डीडीहाट बिशन सिंह चुफाल, पूर्व विधायक पिथौरागढ़ चंद्रा पंत, अध्यक्ष जिला पंचायत दीपिका बोहरा, अध्यक्ष नगरपालिका राजेंद्र रावत, प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष भाजपा केदार जोशी, उपाध्यक्ष जिला पंचायत कोमल मेहता,जिलाधिकारी पिथौरागढ़ आशीष चौहान, मख्य विकास अधिकारी अनुराधा पाल, अपर जिलधिकारी फिंचा राम चौहन समेत जनप्रतिनिधि व अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
