मुख्यमंत्री ने किया भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड एप- 1064 का शुभारम्भ

भ्रष्टाचारियों पर सख्त कारवाई की जाय- मुख्यमंत्री 

देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में विजिलेंस विभाग द्वारा द्वारा निर्मित एप भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड- 1064 का शुभारम्भ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस एप का क्रियान्वयन मजबूती से किया जाय। मुख्यमंत्री ने एप पर जो भी शिकायते आती हैं, उनका यथाशीघ्र निस्तारण किया जाय। यदि किसी शिकायतकर्ता की शिकायत विजिलेंस से संबंधित नहीं है, तो उसे सीएम हेल्पलाईन एवं संबंधित विभाग को भेजा जाय। यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाय कि शिकायतकर्ता द्वारा जो शिकायत की गई, उसके स्टेटस अपडेट की पूरी जानकारी उन्हें मिले। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने सतर्कता विभाग के दो इन्सपेक्टर को विवेचना करने के लिए टेबलेट भी प्रदान किये। सतर्कता विभाग के अन्य कार्मिकों को भी विवेचना के लिए टेबलेट दिये जायेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि भ्रष्टाचारियों पर सख्त कारवाई की जाय। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि शिकायतकर्ताओं की समस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान करने किया जाय। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जन समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए सरलीकरण, समाधान, निस्तारण एवं संतुष्टि के सिद्धान्त पर कार्य किये जाय। जन समस्याओं का समाधान सरकार की शीर्ष प्राथमिकता है। मुख्यमंत्री ने निदेशक सतर्कता को निर्देश दिये कि भ्रष्टाचार मुक्त उत्तराखण्ड एप- 1064 का व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार प्रसार किया जाय। आम जन को इस एप की पूरी जानकारी हो।
निदेशक सतर्कता श्री अमित सिन्हा ने जानकारी दी कि 1064 नम्बर पर एप के माध्यम से एवं फोन से कोई भी व्यक्ति शिकायत कर सकता है। यह नम्बर भारत सरकार से प्राप्त है। एप के माध्यम से प्रत्येक शिकायत रजिस्टर होगी, जिसका पूरा डाटा सुरक्षित रखा जायेगा। शिकायतकर्ता की पूरी गोपनीयता रखी जायेगी। यह एप हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी दानों भाषाओं में है।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव डॉ. एस.एस.संधु, सचिव कार्मिक एवं सतर्कता श्री अरविन्द सिंह ह्यांकी, एसपी श्रीमती रेनू लोहानी, सीओ श्री सुरेन्द्र सिंह सामन्त, श्रीमती अनुषा बडोला, निरीक्षक श्री मारूत शाह, सुश्री विभा वर्मा आदि मौजूद थे।
