 5 वर्षों से लंबित आन्दोलनकारियो के आरक्षण की राह हुई आसान

 राज्यपाल से मिलकर अध्यादेश लागू किये जाने पर बनी सहमति

जादेहरादून, 06 जनवरी : राज्य आंदोलनकारियों ने सरकारी नौकरी मैं 10% प्रतिशत आरक्षण के अध्यादेश को मंजूरी देने के लिए कैबिनेट द्वारा राजभवन जाने के निर्णय का स्वागत किया है। सनद रहे कि राजभवन में यह विधेयक पिछले 5 वर्षों से लंबित है। जिस कारण आंदोनांकरियों में आक्रोश बढ़ रहा था। अब चुनाव से ठीक पहले राज्य सरकार द्वारा महामहिम राज्यपाल से संपर्क कर इसे लागू करवाने का निर्णय लिया है ताकि राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को आरक्षण का लाभ मिल सके। एक तरफ तो इस अध्यादेश के लंबित रहने के कारण कई चयनित अभ्यर्थियों को नियुक्ति नहीं मिल पायी थी तो दूसरी तरफ 07 मार्च 2018 के उच्च न्यायालय के आदेश चलते पूर्व में कार्यरत आन्दोलनकारी श्रेणी में चयनित 1441 कर्मचारियों पर भी निष्कासन की तलवार लटक रही थी।
इस मुद्दे पर क्रांति कुकरेती की अगुवाई में पिछले 10 दिनों से लगातार देहरादून स्थित शहीद स्मारक पर पीड़ित आन्दोलनकरीयों का सामूहिक उपवास चल रहा था। पीड़ित आंदोलनकारियों ने 10% लागू न होने की सूरत में सरकार को 01 जनवरी को सामूहिक आत्मदाह की चेतावनी दे रखी थी। पूर्व राज्य मंत्री व वरिष्ठ आंदोलनकारी रविन्द्र जुगराण के माध्यम से पीड़ित आंदोलनकारी मंच के संयोजक क्रांति कुकरेती को मुख्यमंत्री धामी द्वारा फ़ोन पर दिये गए आश्वासन के बाद 01जनवरी को किये जाने वाला आत्मघाती फैसले को स्थगित कर दिया गया था। उसके बाद से इस मुद्दे पर रविन्द्र जुगराण लगातार सक्रिय रह कर आंदोलनकारियों व सरकार के बीच ‘पुल’ का काम कर रहे थे।
कल की कैबिनेट में आये 10% आरक्षण के मुद्दे पर पीड़ित आन्दोलनकारीयों ने मुख्यमंत्री का आभार प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि वह इसे आधी जीत मानते हैं। वह लोग पिछले 9 सालों से अपनी नियुक्ति की बाट जोह रहें हैं । जब तक उन लोगों को नियुक्ति पत्र नहीं मिल जाता उनका धरना उपवास जारी रहेगा।
भारी बारिश के बीच आज के धरने बैठने वालों में खटीमा से धर्मेन्द्र बिष्ट,क्रांति कुकरेती,अम्बुज शर्मा,सूर्यकांत बमराड़ा,विमल जुयाल,राम किशन, गणेश शाह,।मनोज कुमार आदि थे, जबकि समर्थन देने वालों में विनोद असवाल, पूरण सिंह ,सुनील बडोनी, कमला खंतवाल, अभय कुकरेती, विकास रावत, धर्मानंद भट्ट,अंकित जैन ,जनक्रांति के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अमित जैन, सुरेश नेगी, राष्ट्रीय उत्तराखंड पार्टी के अध्यक्ष नवनीत गुसाईं,वरिष्ठ आन्दोलनकरी श्रीमती मुन्नी खंडूरी,संगीता रावत, रेखा शर्मा, निर्मला बिष्ट, मनोज रमोला, हरिंदर सिंह, मनमोहन कंडवाल, चक्रपाणि श्रीयाल , मुकेश रावत।
