प्रदेश भर में पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से चलाया जाएगा स्वच्छता पखवाड़ा
स्वच्छता पर कार्य करने वालों को उत्तराखंड पर्यटन करेगा सम्मानित
देहरादून । पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा है कि कोरोना के तेजी से कम प्रदेश-भर-में-पर्यटन-विभाहोते मामलों के बीच उत्तराखंड में कोरोना गाइडलाइन को ध्यान में रखकर पर्यटन गतिविधियों को शुरू किया गया है। ऐसे में उत्तराखंड आने वाले पर्यटकों को स्वच्छ वातावरण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से विशेष पहल शुरू की जा रही है।
15 दिवसीय अभियान के जरिए प्रदेश भर के सभी 13 जिलों के पर्यटन स्थलों को स्वच्छ और सुंदर बनाया जाएगा।’’
पर्यटन सचिव दिलीप जावलकर ने कहा है कि ‘‘पर्यटन उत्तराखंड की आर्थिकी का मुख्य स्रोत है। देश-दुनिया से आने वाले पर्यटकों को यहां स्वच्छ और सुंदर वातावरण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए विभाग की ओर से लगातार काम किया जा रहा है। इस विशेष अभियान में प्रदेश भर के प्रमुख पर्यटन स्थलों में विशेष सफाई अभियान चलाया जाएगा। इसके साथ ही स्वच्छता के लिए उत्कृष्ट कार्य कर रहे लोगों को सम्मानित भी किया जाएगा।’’
पर्यटन अपर सचिव युगल किशोर पंत ने कहा है कि‘‘उत्तराखण्ड राज्य को स्वच्छ रखने के लिए कार्य कर रहे सभी लोगों के लिए यह एक अच्छा अवसर है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमें उनकी पहल और यात्रा के बारे में जानने का भी मौका मिलेगा। हम भविष्य में इन संगठनों के साथ इस तरह के स्वच्छता अभियान चलाने के लिए तत्पर हैं।’’
उत्तराखण्ड पर्यटन विकास परिषद की अपर निदेशक व अपर विभागाध्यक्ष पूनम चंद ने बताया कि उत्तराखंड आने वाले देश-दुनिया के पर्यटकों को स्वच्छ व सुंदर वातवारण उपलब्ध कराने के लिए यूटीडीबी की ओर से लगातार काम किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि विभाग की ओर से सम्मान समारोह में प्रदेश को स्वच्छ रखने में सहयोग करने वालों को सम्मानित किया जाएगा। 30 सितंबर तक चलने वाले स्वच्छता पखवाड़े में स्वच्छता और ठोस अपशिष्ट निपटान से संबंधित सर्वोत्तम कार्य प्रणाली के बारे में राज्य भर में होमस्टे मालिकों, होटल व्यवसायियों और स्थानीय समुदायों को जागरूक किया जाएगा।
आवेदक पर्यटन विभाग की वेबसाइट www.uttarakhandtourism.gov.in से फॉर्म डाउनलोड कर पूर्ण रुप से भरे हुए आवेदन पत्र को aduktourism@gmail.com पर ई-मेल कर सकते हैं या उत्तराखण्ड पर्यटन विकास परिषद के कार्यालय-पंडित दीन दयाल उपाध्याय, पर्यटन भवन निकट ओएनजीसी हैलीपैडगढी कैंट, देहरादून, उत्तराखण्ड 248001 पर डाक द्वारा या स्वयं आकर भी जमा करा सकते हैं।
