राज्य में लॉकडॉउन से गहराया रोजी रोटी का संकट

देहरादून। लॉकडॉउन यूं तो कोरोना से मुक्ति पाने व संक्रमण पर नियंत्रण करने का सबसे कारगर व बेहतर विकल्प साबित हुआ है जिसपर पर लोग अब भरोसा करके अपने को लॉक डॉउन के दायरे में रहकर जीना सीख रहे है परन्तु सभी लोगो के साथ ऐसा नही है गरीब मजदूर वर्ग इस लोक डाऊन से उबर नही पा रहे क्योकि उनपर रोजी रोटी का संकट मुंह खोले खड़ा है। ऐसे में लॉकडॉउन के साथ जीना उनके लिए बेहद मुश्किल होता जा रहा है। इस लौकड़ाऊन से छोटे व्यपारी वर्ग भूखमरी के कगार पर पहुंच गया है। ऐसी विकराल स्थिति से उबरने के लिए मजदूर वर्ग को लौकड़ाऊन से राहत मिलनी बहुत जरूरी है। मानवतावादी समाज संघ के द्वारा आज एक दिवसीय लॉकडाउन से त्रस्त जनता की आवाज पर धरना देकर सरकार को चेताने के लिए घण्टाघर पर सामूहिक एक दिवसीय धरना आयोजित किया गया। जिसमे मुख्य मंत्री से लॉक हटाये जाने की मांग उठाई गई। धरने को सम्बोधित कर रहे राष्ट्रीय उत्तराखंड पार्टी के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष नवनीत गुसाईं व मानवता समाज संघ के राष्ट्रीय महासचिव विजय कुमार ने सयुंक्त रूप से कहा कि लॉकडाउन से महामारी में गिरावट जरूर आई है किंतु लॉकडाउन का एक दूसरा पहलू भी है जिसे नजरअंदाज करना शायद भारी भूल होगी क्योंकि ध्याड़ी मजदूर घरों में काम करने वाली महिलाएं, रेहड़ी पटरी मजदूर ,ऑटो रिक्शा, ई रिक्शा, टैक्सी मालिक ,ड्राइवर फैक्ट्री मजदूर एवं सभी ऐसे लोग जो कि किसी ना किसी रूप से ऐसे काम धंधों से जुड़े हुए हैं जिनके घरों में चुल्हा तब जलता है जब घर का मुखिया शाम को कमा कर लाता है इसके साथ ही गैर सरकारी मध्यमवर्गीय परिवारों की हालत लॉकडाउन में नाजुक बनी हुई है सरकार ने गेहूं चावल मिलाकर जो 20 किलोग्राम राशन मई माह से शुरू किया हुआ है उससे 4 से 5 घर के सदस्यों वाले परिवारों का महीने भर का चलने वाला नहीं है घर में रोटी चावल के साथ सब्जी भाजी दाल तेल नमक मसाले इत्यादि सब नगद बाजार से खरीदने पड़ते हैं एवं दवाइयां भी नगद ही मिलती हैं बिना रोजगार के जो लॉकडाउन में ठप पड़ा है गरीब व मध्यम वर्गीय परिवार यह सब चीजें कैसे खरीद सकता है प्रदर्शन कर रहे समाज संघ के लोगो ने मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत से मांग की है आर्थिक हालात को देखते हुए लौकडाऊन तुरंत खोला जाना न्यायोचित है जनता नाजुक दौर से गुजर रही है मानवता समाज संघ ने निम्न बिंदुओं पर सरकार से मांग की है- 1-कमर्शियल गाड़ियों सवारी माल ढोने वाली छोटी बड़ी सभी ई-रिक्शा सहित इन सभी का 2 वर्ष का टैक्स माफ करें।

2- शादी समारोह में मास्क व दो गज की दूरी का पालन के नियम के साथ समारोह में सम्मिलित होने वाले लोगों की संख्या भी बढ़ाएं।
3- सरकारी दफ्तरों को भी खोलना शुरू करें अपने विवेक अनुसार जैसे 50% कर्मचारियों का स्विफ्ट वाइज इसमें जनता का पूर्ण सहयोग सरकार के साथ होगा।
3-साप्ताहिक बंदी तीन दिन शुक्रवार शनिवार रविवार को होनी चाहिए जिसमें सैनिटाइजेशन का काम हो सके
4-बाजार भी 50% के हिसाब से खोला जाए।
