परम्परागत तरीके से HIT ने किया सम्मान

देहरादून। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर सोमवार को एचआईटी (HIT) में विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम में महिलाओं द्वारा किये गए उत्कृष्ट कार्यो के लिए उन्हें सम्मानित भी किया गया। इस अवसर पर (HIT) में महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाए जाने पर जोर दिया गया। महिलाओं द्वारा विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में किए गए उल्लेखनीय कार्यों को इस दौरान याद किया गया और उन सभी महिलाओं के जीवन वृत्त पर भी प्रकाश डाला गया जिन्होंने स्वयं और परिवार से ऊपर उठकर देश के लिए उल्लेखनीय कार्य किए।
वर्तमान में महिलाओं की स्थिति पर भी विचार विमर्श किया गया। यह माना गया कि मातृशक्ति के बूते ही परिवार चलता है और परिवार के बूते देश। ऐसे में केवल 1 दिन उनके योगदान का जिक्र कर उनका मान सम्मान किया जाना एक नई परम्परा बनी है। जिसकी सराहना की जानी चाहिए। हर दिन महिलाओं का दिन है। वर्तमान परिवेश आज भारतीय महिला केवल पति और बच्चों तक सीमित नहीं है। बल्कि उनके अपने सपने हैं, जिन्हें पूरा करने के लिए वे पुरुषों के साथ कंधे से कंधा मिलाकर कार्य कर रही हैं।
अपनी इच्छाशक्ति की बदौलत ही वे अपनी जिंदगी को अपने तरीके से जी पाने में सफल हो पाई हैं। चाहे परंपरागत टीचिंग का क्षेत्र हो या डाक्टर बनकर मरीजों की सेवा, पायलट के रूप में आकाश में उड़ान भरनी हो या फिर सैन्य सेवा में खुद को साबित करना, यह सब महिलाएं आगे बढ़कर गर्व के साथ कर रही हैं।
2020 में कोरोना संक्रमण काल हो या फिर हाल ही में ग्लेशियर फटने से तपोवन में आई आपदा। दोनों ही स्थितियों से दो दो हाथ करने में महिला डॉक्टरों और महिला अफसरों की भूमिका सबसे महत्वपूर्ण रही है। महिला डॉक्टरों ने जहां दिन रात देखे बगैर 20 से 24 घंटे काम किया, वही आपदा से जूझने के लिए महिला पुलिस और प्रशासनिक अफसर मोर्चे पर सबसे आगे डटी रहीं। इस दौरान उन्होंने अपने घर परिवार की भी परवाह नहीं की। और महिला सशक्तिकरण का एक उदाहरण पेश किया। एचआईटी (HIT) में ऐसी महिलाओं को भी सेल्यूट किया गया। एचआईटी (HIT) के अधिकारियों और छात्र छात्राओं ने विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों में प्रतिभाग कर अपनी ओर से समाज की बेहतरी में सहभागी महिलाओं से प्रेरणा लेने का आह्वान किया। भाषण, पोस्टर आदि के माध्यम से महिलाओं के समाज के प्रति योगदान को रेखांकित भी किया गया। आज की महिला घर की चहारदीवारी से लेकर आफिस के केबिन तक एक ‘सुपर वुमन’ का किरदार अदा करती है। इसके साथ ही, परिवार और समाज के विकास में उनकी भूमिका को भी एचआईटी (HIT) में सराहा गया। याद किया गया और उन सभी महिलाओं के जीवन वृत्त पर भी प्रकाश डाला गया जिन्होंने स्वयं और परिवार से ऊपर उठकर देश के लिए उल्लेखनीय कार्य किए।
