देहरादून। स्मार्ट सिटी के तहत प्रशासन की कलेक्ट्रेट को लेकर हुई बैठक में शहीद स्मारक स्थल को यथावत रखने पर आन्दोलनकारियों के मायूस चेहरे पर आई रौनक। प्रशासन के इस निर्णय की सराहना करते हुए आंदोलनकारी संगठन ने इसे सँघर्ष की जीत बताया।
आज जिलाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता मे अपर जिलाधिकारी (वित्त) अपर जिलाधिकारी (प्रोटोकॉल) बार एसोसिएशन एवं बार कौंसिल के सदस्य व राज्य आंदोलनकारी संगठन के पदाधिकारियों के साथ ही स्मार्ट सिटी के पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
जिलाधिकारी द्बारा विशेष रूप से राज्य आन्दोलन क़ा महत्वपूर्ण स्थान शहीद स्मारक को लेकर राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों की भावनाओ के प्रति सवेदनशीलता क़ा परिचय दिया और स्मार्ट सिटी के तहत सभी आशंकाओं को विराम देते हुए कहा क़ि शहीद स्मारक यथावत रहेगा , और उससे लगभग 50-फुट से जयदा सड़क को छोड़कर स्मार्ट कलेक्ट्रेट का निर्माण होगा जिसमे लगभग 40 विभाग एक ही भवन मे विभिन्न तलों मे कार्य करेंगे।
जिलाधिकारी ने राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच को पुनः विश्वास दिलाया क़ि शहीद स्मारक यथावत रहेगा और हम सब मिलकर एक दूसरे को सहयोग लेकर कार्य करेंगे।
राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जगमोहन सिंह नेगी व जिला अध्यक्ष प्रदीप कुकरेती व निर्मला बिष्ट ने कहा क़ि हमारा संघर्ष और प्रयास रंग लाया और शासन प्रशासन ने हमारी बात को समझा इसके लिए विशेष रूप से जिला प्रशासन का धन्यवाद दिया। साथ ही राज्य आंदोलनकारी मंच ने शासन मे मुख्य सचिव के साथ विधायक विनोद चमोली , गणेश जोशी व मेयर सुनील उनियाल गामा, विधायक हरबंश कपूर व खजान दास का भी इस प्रयास मे सहयोग हेतु धन्यवाद प्रेषित किया।
आज बैठक मे मुख्यतः जिला प्रशासन के साथ ही जगमोहन सिंह नेगी , निर्मला बिष्ट , प्रदीप कुकरेती जबर सिंह पावेल , विनोद असवाल व उषा भट्ट मौजूद रही।
