एसीएस ने पूर्णागिरी क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए ली अधिकारियों की बैठक
देहरादून। अपर मुख्य सचिव राधा रतूड़ी ने पूर्णागिरी क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए मास्टर प्लान को तत्काल प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश के साथ ही शासन स्तर के अधिकारियों एवं जिलाधिकारी चंपावत को मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणाओं पर इंटिग्रेटेड अप्रोच के साथ काम करते हुए जल्द से जल्द योजनाओं को पूरा करने की हिदायत दी है। इसके साथ ही राधा रतूड़ी ने जिलाधिकारी चंपावत को जिले में विशेषरूप से दूरस्थ एवं दुर्गम ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्वास्थ्य शिविर लगाकर गर्भवती महिलाओं की नियमित स्वास्थ्य जांच एवं आवश्यक चिकित्सा सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। सचिवालय में अपर मुख्य सचिव ने चंपावत विधानसभा क्षेत्र के लिए मुख्यमंत्री की गई घोषणाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा की।
बैठक में शहरी विकास विभाग ने जानकारी दी गई कि चम्पावत के गोरलचोड मैदान को स्टेडियम का स्वरूप देने के सम्बन्ध में जिलाधिकारी ने 45 लाख रूपये की वितीय एवं प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति के लिए प्रस्ताव सचिव आवास को भेज दिया गया है। बनबसा में मुक्तिधाम के निर्माण के कार्य को जल्द ही सिंचाई विभाग को स्थानांतरित कर दिया जाएगा। नगर क्षेत्र चम्पावत में सीवर लाईन के सम्बन्ध में यूयूएसडीए डीपीआर पर कार्य कर रही है।
चम्पावत में पंचमुखी गौशाला धाम के सम्बन्ध में शासन ने स्थल चयन समिति से आख्या मांगी है। टनकपुर में कम्युनिटी हॉल के निर्माण के सम्बन्ध में कार्यवाही गतिमान है। पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा जानकारी दी गई कि चम्पावत में एडवेंचर पार्क के निर्माण, हैरिटेज स्ट्रीट के निर्माण, पूर्णागिरी क्षेत्र को ईको टूरिज्म हब के रूप में विकसित करने, गौरलचैड मैदान के समीप ओपन एयर थियेटर के निर्माण तथा गोल्ज्यू मंदिर के समीप पर्यटन अवस्थापनाओं के विकास के सम्बन्ध में कार्यवाही गतिमान है।
लोक निर्माण विभाग ने जानकारी दी कि तहसील चम्पावत में ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में (अलग-अलग ग्रामों में) 10 किमी सड़क निर्माण के सम्बन्ध में आगणन तैयार किये जा रहे हैं। चमतौला से ओलना तक मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण की डीपीआर 29 जनवरी तक शासन को उपलब्ध हो जाएगी। बालातडी के गोलचोरा बैड से खरडी मटकनी मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण, किमोटा-रिरवाडी मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण, टाक खंदक-करौली मोटर मार्ग के डामरीकरण, केदारनाथ गैस गोदाम से भैसर्क तक 2.5 किमी0 कच्चे मोटर मार्ग के सुधारीकरण, देवीधूरा मुख्य मार्ग से आदर्श महाविद्यालय देवीधूरा कन्वाण तक 3 किमी सड़क के नवनिर्माण तथा पखोटी बैंड से पखोटी बैरख 5 किमी कच्चे मोटर मार्ग के सुधारीकरण एवं डामरीकरण पर कार्रवाई गतिमान है।
