देहरादून । राज्य में आयोजित होने वाले दो दिवसीय इन्वेस्टर समिट के माध्यम से प्रदेश के फार्मा सेक्टर में 3500 करोड़ के निवेश के प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए हैं, जिनके माध्यम से राज्य के पाँच हजार युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे। इसके अलावा उच्च शिक्षा के अंतर्गत पांच प्रतिष्ठित निजी विश्वविद्यालय प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में अपने शिक्षण संस्थान खोलेंगे, जहां देश विदेश के छात्रों के साथ ही स्थानीय छात्रों को भी अध्ययन का अवसर मिलेगा साथ ही स्थानीय युवाओं को रोजगार के साथ ही स्वरोजगार मिलेगा।
सूबे के शिक्षा एवं स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने आज यमुना कालोनी स्थित आपने शासकीय आवास पर स्वास्थ्य एवं उच्च शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली जिसमें देहरादून में आयोजित होने वाले ग्लोबल इन्वेस्टर्स समिट में आने वाले स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा सेक्टर में प्राप्त निवेश सम्बंधित प्रस्तावों के क्रियान्वयन को लेकर विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिशा निर्देश दिये। डॉ रावत ने बताया कि राज्य के लिए यह एक स्वर्णिम अवसर है जो प्रदेश के चहुमुंखी विकास के लिए वरदान साबित होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि अभीतक राज्य में निवेश संबंधी करोडों के प्रस्ताव पर सहमति बनी है। जिसमें स्वास्थ्य एवं शिक्षा के क्षेत्र भी शामिल हैं। फार्मा सेक्टर के तहत अभी तक जिन कंपनियों के प्रस्ताव प्राप्त हुए हैं उनमें प्रमुख रूप से एकम्स, ईस्ट अफ्रीकन, प्रिंट पैक, विंडलास बायोटेक आदि शामिल है जिन्होंने करीब 3500 करोड़ के निवेश के प्रस्ताव दिए हैं। जिनकी स्थापना से करीब 5000 युवाओं को रोजगार मिलने की सम्भावना है।
