मुख्यमंत्री ने किया ‘मेरी योजना’ पुस्तक का ई बुक के रूप में विमोचन
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को सचिवालय में कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन विभाग, उत्तराखण्ड शासन द्वारा तैयार की गई पुस्तक ‘‘ मेरी योजना’’ का विमोचन ई0 बुक के रूप में किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन विभाग के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि आम जनता के हित में लागू की जाने वाली विभिन्न योजनाओं को पुस्तक के माध्यम से सरल भाषा में समझाने का प्रयास किया गया है। इससे जन सामान्य को जनहितकारी योजनाओं को सरल भाषा में समझने में सुविधा होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पुस्तक जनप्रतिनिधियों तथा आम जनमानस के साथ-साथ अधिकारी गणों एवं कार्मिकों के लिए भी उपयोगी होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए आवेदन प्रक्रिया की जानकारी, आवेदन कैसे और कहां करना है एवं योजनाओं की पात्रता चयन प्रक्रिया क्या है तथा आवेदन हेतु किन-किन आवश्यक दस्तावेजों की आवश्यकता रहती है। इससे संबंधित जानकारी को सुलभता से समझाने की प्रक्रिया को पुस्तक के रूप में सरल भाषा में समावेश किया जाना निश्चित रूप से सभी के लिए उपयोगी रहेगा। सचिव कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन दीपक कुमार ने बताया कि इस पुस्तक को प्रकाशित करने का मूल उद्देश्य जनसामान्य को जनकल्याणकारी, स्वरोजगार परक, रोजगारपरक, कौशल विकास, प्रशिक्षण परक एवं निवेशपरक योजनाओं की जानकारी सरल भाषा में उपलब्ध कराना है।
सचिव कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन ने बताया कि इस पुस्तक में लगभग 55 विभागों, संस्थाओं, संगठनों, बोर्ड, प्राधिकरण, एजेंसियों एवं आयोगों की लगभग 400 योजनाओं, नीतियों, कार्यक्रमों के मूलभूत सेवाओं, प्रमाणपत्रों, पोर्टल का समावेश किया गया है। इससे राज्य सरकार के सभी विभागों द्वारा आम जनमानस के हित में संचालित की जाने वाली योजनाओं की जानकारी इस पुस्तक के माध्यम से आम जनता तक पहुंचाना है। इस अवसर पर कार्यक्रम क्रियान्वयन एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
