देहरादून। सूबे में खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावटखोरी रोकने के लिये विशेष अभियान चलाये जायेंगे। इसके अलावा त्योहारी सीजन में कुट्टू का आटा व नकली मावे से बनी मिठाईयों के विक्रय पर रोक लगाने के लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। मिलावटखोरों पर नकेल कसने के लिये खाद्य पदार्थों की अधिक से अधिक सैम्पलिंग करने तथा खाद्य पदार्थों एवं दुग्ध उत्पदों की गुणवत्ता को लेकर व्यापक स्तर पर जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाने सहित चैबीस घंटे टोल फ्री नम्बर को चालू रखने को भी कहा गया है।
सूबे के चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य एवं चिकित्सा शिक्षा मंत्री डा. धन सिंह रावत ने आज विधानसभा स्थित सभाकक्ष में खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने त्योहारी सीजन के दृष्टिगत प्रदेशभर में खाद्य पदार्थों में मिलावट रोकने के लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को विशेष अभियान संचालित करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि त्योहारी सीजन के दौरान विभाग को अलर्ट मोड़ पर रह कर अधिक से अधिक सैम्पलिंग करने की आवश्यकता है ताकि बाजार में मिलावटी खाद्य सामग्री पहुंचने से रोकी जा सके। डॉ. रावत ने कहा कि प्रदेश में सीमावर्ती राज्यों से अवैध रूप से बड़ी मात्रा में नकली खाद्य पदार्थों व दुग्ध उत्पादों की सप्लाई की जाती है, जिसे रोकने के लिये सीमावर्ती क्षेत्रों में पुलिस के साथ सघन चेंकिंग अभियान चलाकर नकली उत्पादों को नष्ट किया जाय। विभागीय मंत्री डॉ. रावत ने मिलावटी खाद्य पदार्थों के प्रति लोगों को सचेत करने के लिये प्रदेशभर में वृहद स्तर पर जनजागरूता अभियान चलाने के निर्देश विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये, साथ ही मिलावटखोरों एवं नकली खाद्य पदार्थों की शिकायत के लिये विभाग द्वारा जारी टोल फ्री नम्बर को चैबीस घंटे चालू रखने के भी निर्देश दिये।
बैठक में विभागीय अधिकारियों ने बताया कि विभाग द्वारा निरंतर मिलावटखोरों के खिलाफ लम्बे समय से विशेष अभियान चलाये जा रहे हैं। जिसके तहत जनवरी 2023 से सितम्बर 2023 तक 1506 सैम्पल इकट्ठा किये गये जिनमें से 207 सैम्पल मानकों के विपरीत पाये गये। जिनके विरूद्ध विभिन्न धाराओं में वाद दायर किये। विभिन्न न्यायलयों में 227 वादों का विस्ताराण के उपरांत लगभग रूपये 61लाख से अधिक की रिकवरी की गई। बैठक में सचिव स्वास्थ्य एवं आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग डॉ. आर. राजेश कुमार, डीआईजी पी. रेणुका देवी, राज्य औषधि नियंत्रक ताजबर सिंह, संयुक्त आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एंव औषधि प्रशासन डॉ. आर.के. सिंह, डिप्टी कमिश्नर जी.सी. कण्डवाल, पी.सी. जोशी सहित अन्य विभागीय एवं पुलिस विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे, इसके अलावा सभी जनपदों के जिला खाद्य संरक्षा अधिकारियों ने वुर्चअल माध्यम से बैठक मे ंप्रतिभाग किया।
