समितियां को घाटे से उबारने के लिए अधिकारी बनाए माइक्रो प्रॉफिट प्लान
देहरादून । सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने कहा कि सहकारी समितियों को घाटे से उबारने के लिए अधिकारी माइक्रो प्रॉफिट प्लान बनाएं। सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ रावत रविवार को राज्य समेकित सहकारी विकास परियोजना सभागार में सहकारिता विभाग के राज्य और जिला स्तरीय की समीक्षा बैठक में अधिकारियों को निर्देश दे रहे थे। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश स्तरीय सहकारिता अधिकारी प्रत्येक जनपद में सहकारिता की योजनाओं की समीक्षा करेंगे और उन्हें रिपोर्ट देंगे उसी के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी। समीक्षा बैठक में सहकारिता मंत्री द्वारा विभाग द्वारा संचालित योजनाओं की प्रगति समितियां में नए सदस्यों का पंजीकरण साथ ही वन टाइम सेटलमेंट योजना, माधो सिंह भंडारी सामूहिक सहकारिता खेती , जन औषधि केंद्र और पिछले 6 महीने की सभी बैंकों के लाभ की प्रगति रिपोर्ट जनपदवार जानी। वन टाइम सेटलमेंट योजना में नैनीताल जनपद और सबसे अधिक सदस्य बनने में पौड़ी जनपद की सहकारिता मंत्री ने प्रशंसा की।
निबंधक सहकारी समितियां आलोक कुमार पांडेय ने बताया कि अभी तक सहकारी समितियां में 2 लाख नए सदस्यों के लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करते हुए करीब 82 हजार सदस्य बनाए जा चुके हैं इसके साथ ही वन टाइम सेटलमेंट योजना का अच्छा रिस्पांस मिलने के कारण इसे 30 नवंबर तक बढ़ा दिया गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि, इन दिनों धान , मंडवा, खरीद हो रही है किसानों के आग्रह करने पर इस योजना को नवंबर तक बढ़ा दिया गया है इसके साथी इसलिए वित्तीय वर्ष में प्रदेश के जिला सहकारी बैंक 180 करोड़ के मुनाफे में थे इस वर्ष यह है प्रॉफिट 200 करोड़ के पार की उम्मीद है। सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ रावत ने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए की प्रदेश की जितनी भी समितियां घाटे में चल रही हैं इसको लेकर एक माइक्रो प्रॉफिट प्लान बनाया जाए जिससे एक वर्ष में यह सभी समितियां फायदे में आ जाए प्रत्येक महीने सभी शीर्ष अधिकारी जनपदों में जाकर इसकी समीक्षा करें। इसके साथ ही दीनदयाल उपाध्याय ऋण वितरण योजना के 5 वर्ष पूरे होने जा रहे हैं 5 वर्ष पूरे होने पर इस योजना के स्वरूप को लेकर चर्चा की जानी है कैसे यह योजना किसानों के लिए अधिक लाभकारी हो इस योजना में ऋण वितरण की प्रणाली में ऋण वितरण कमेटी के माध्यम से किया जाए जिसमें क्षेत्र के दो बुद्धिजीवी और एक ब्लॉक या जिले का प्रतिनिधि होगा जिले का सीडीओ भी इस ऋण वितरण के आवेदन की समीक्षा करेंगे इस प्रक्रिया से ऋण वितरण में पारदर्शिता आएगी। बैठक में निबंधक सहकारिता आलोक कुमार पांडेय, जिला सहकारी बैंक टिहरी के अध्यक्ष सुभाष रमोला, अपर निबंधक ईरा उप्रेती, अपर निबंधक आनंद शुक्ल, संयुक्त निबंधक एमपी त्रिपाठी, उपनिबंधक और यू सी एफ की प्रबंध निदेशक रामिन्द्री मंद्रवाल, सहित अन्य अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
