राज्य में पर्यटन के होंगे नए आयाम स्थापित

54 करोड़ 35 लाख 60 हजार की लागत से यमुनोत्री व गंगोत्री धाम की बदलेगी तस्वीर

देहरादून। वैश्विक महामारी के लगातार घट रही संक्रमण से लोगो को अब राहत मिल रही है इसी के साथ राज्य में पर्यटन के नए आयाम स्थापित होने जा रहे है। सरकार ने गंगोत्री और यमुनोत्री धाम में विभिन्न निर्माण कार्यों के लिए 54 करोड़ 35 लाख 60 हजार रुपए की धनराशि स्वीकृत की है। गंगोत्री धाम में विभिन्न विकास कार्यों के लिए 17 करोड़ रुपए जबकि यमुनोत्री धाम में पर्यटन सुविधाओं एवं अवस्थापनाओ के विकास के लिए 34 करोड रुपए की राशि स्वीकृत की गई है। इस परियोजना के संबंध में 2 हफ्ते पहले ही मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत ने केंद्रीय पर्यटन मंत्री प्रहलाद पटेल से दिल्ली में भेंट वार्ता की थी।

केंद्र सरकार की ओर से देश में तीर्थस्थल और धरोहर स्थल विकसित करने के लिए ‘पिलग्रिमेज रेजुवेनेशन एंड स्प्रीचुअल, हेरिटेज ऑगमेंटेशन ड्राइव’ (प्रसाद) यानी ‘तीर्थयात्रा कायाकल्प एवं आध्यात्मिक संवर्धन मुहिम’ योजना चलाई गई है। उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद इन कार्यों को करवाने वाली संस्था होगी जबकि सचिव पर्यटन इसके नोडल अधिकारी होंगे।

पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने केंद्रीय पर्यटन मंत्री व मुख्यमंत्री का आभार प्रकट करते हुए कहा कि गंगोत्री तथा यमुनोत्री के विकास कार्यों के लिए दी गई स्वीकृति से प्रदेश के धार्मिक पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि गंगोत्री तथा यमुनोत्री धामों में होने वाली इन विकास कार्यों से जहां राज्य में पर्यटन सुविधाओं का विकास होगा वहीं दूसरी ओर स्थानीय लोगों के लिए नए रोजगार स्थापित हो सकेंगे। बताया कि राज्य सरकार जल्द ही इन कार्यों के लिए निविदा प्रक्रिया आरंभ करने जा रही है और इसके पश्चात 60 दिनों के अंतर ही विकास कार्य आरंभ कर दिए जाएंगे।

सचिव पर्यटन दिलीप जावलकर ने बताया कि योजना के तहत यमुनोत्री धाम में भी फैसिलिटेशन सेंटर और अन्य यात्री सुविधाओं प्रवेश द्वार आदि का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त वहां पर जानकी चट्टी से यमुनोत्री मंदिर तक 6 किलोमीटर के ट्रैक का निर्माण किया जाएगा। जिसमें दोनों ओर यात्री सुविधाओं को स्थापित किया जाएगा। जैसे पेयजल की व्यवस्था, रेन शेल्टर लाइटिंग आदि। खरसाली में माता के पुराने मंदिर में प्रकाशित करने की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। साथ ही अप्रोच रोड का निर्माण किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक्त दोनों ही धामों में ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबंधन के लिए सुदृढ़ इंतजाम किए जाएंगे।
