ऋषिकेश। मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सात दिवसीय अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव का शुभारंभ करते हुए कहा कि योग सनातन है, पहले भी था आज भी है और हमेशा रहेगा। श्री धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने पूरी दुनिया में योग को ले जाने का काम किया और भारत की ऐसी प्राचीन विधियां सबके लिए उपयुक्त है इसलिए आज पूरी दुनिया योग को अपना रही है।
श्री धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देवभूमि ही नहीं बल्कि योग और वेलनेस का भी उत्कृष्ट केंद्र है। सरकार का भी प्रयास है कि प्रदेश में ऐसे अनेक योग व वेलनेस केंद्रों का विकास हो। पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से आयोजित योग महोत्सव भी इस दिशा में उठाया गया कदम है। योग ने उत्तराखंड के लोगों को देश विदेश में नई पहचान दी है। केंद्र सरकार ने भी योग के लिए काम कर रहे उत्तराखंड के लोगों को सम्मानित किया है। श्री धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड सरकार द्वारा किए जा रहे उत्कृष्ट कार्य को ध्यान में रखते हुए केंद्र सरकार ने राज्य में जी 20 सम्मेलन कराने का निर्णय किया है जो राज्य के लिए गौरव की बात है।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने कहा कि आज जब भारत, विश्व को योग का संदेश दे रहा है; ऐसे में अंतरराष्ट्रीय योग महोत्सव का महत्व और भी बढ़ जाता है। यूं तो ऋषिकेश की नैसर्गिक सुंदरता भी ऐसी है कि लोग खुदबखुद यहां प्रकृति का आनंद लेने के लिए आ जाते हैं, लेकिन योग महोत्सव के दौरान यह सौंदर्य और आनंद अपने चरम को छू लेता है। वसंत ऋतु में जहां एक और आसपास की वादियों के पुष्पों की खुशबू से वातावरण महक उठता है वहीं दूसरी ओर मां गंगा का पवित्र जल इन दिनों और भी स्वच्छ और निर्मल हो जाता है। श्री धामी ने इस अवसर पर गंगा सेतु का विस्तार करने की घोषणा की।
इस अवसर पर पर्यटन मंत्री श्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि योग नगरी ऋषिकेश की ख्याति अब पूरी दुनिया में फैल चुकी है। यहां का जो वातावरण है वो योग का वातावरण है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज योग का प्रचार भारत की सीमाओं को लांघता हुआ पूरी दुनिया में फैल चुका है। चीन का मार्शल आर्ट भारत के योग से ही प्रभावित है। माननीय प्रधानमंत्री जी ने योग को यूनाइटेड नेशन में मान्यता दिलाई जिसकी वजह से पूरी दुनिया में योग का प्रभाव हो रहा है। योग को दुनिया ने अपनाया है। श्री महाराज ने कहा कि योग के प्रचार प्रसार के लिए निश्चित तौर पर हमारी सरकार प्रतिबद्ध है। इस महोत्सव के माध्यम से योग साधकों को अनेक विधाएं सीखाई जाएगी।
7 मार्च 2023 तक आयोजित होने वाले इस महोत्सव में योग की जहां बारीकियों को सीखने का मौका मिलेगा, वहीं मन की शांति और स्वस्थ शरीर का अनोखा अनुभव भी प्राप्त कर सकेंगे। इसके साथ ही यहां आने वाले योग साधक नृत्य, संगीत के साथ-साथ योग के विभिन्न आयामों पर भी चर्चा का लुत्फ भी उठा सकेंगे। हर साल की भांति इस साल भी धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों की गूंज होगी। इस अवसर पर वित्त मंत्री श्री प्रेमचंद्र अग्रवाल, वन मंत्री श्री सुबोध उनियाल, सचिव पर्यटन सचिन कुर्वे, पदमश्री शिवानंद जी, पद्मश्री रजनीकांत जी, ऋषिकेश की महापौर अनीता ममगई, नगर पालिका अध्यक्ष मुनि की रेती रोशन रतूड़ी आदि गणमान्य अतिथि मौजूद थे।
औपचारिक उद्घाटन से पहले योग महोत्सव के कार्यक्रमों की शुरुआत आज सुबह हुई। सबसे पहले छह प्रसिद्ध योग संस्थानों ईशा फाउंडेशन, आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग, राममणि अयंगर स्मृति योग संस्थान, कैवल्यधाम, कृष्णमाचार्य योग मंदिरम और शिवानंद योगा स्कूल के प्रशिक्षकों की मौजूदगी में साधकों के लिए योग शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया। तत्पश्चात आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग ने ध्यान सत्र का आयोजन किया। आर्ट ऑफ लिविंग की ही तरफ से डायबिटीज से पीड़ित लोगों के लिए विशेष योग सत्र का आयोजन किया। शाम को औपचारिक उद्घाटन के बाद प्रसिद्ध रेत कलाकार नीतीश भारती ने अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन किया साथ ही सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम में रागिनी मक्कड़ ने शास्त्रीय नृत्य और सुजीत गुप्ता ने बांसुरी वादन की प्रस्तुति दी। इसके अलावा गंगा आरती और भव्य ड्रोन शो का आयोजन भी किया गया। योग साधकों के लिए सात दिन की दिनचर्या तय रहेगी और अलग-अलग विषयों पर साधकों को प्रशिक्षिण दिया जाएगा। प्रतिदिन सुबह योग सत्र आयोजित किए जायेगें।
