सीएम का जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश मानसून से निबटने को हो जायें तैयार

देहरादून दिनांक ।  मानसून से निबटने को सीएम पुुष्कर  सिंह धामी ने आपदा प्रंबंधन एवं पुर्नवास तथा मानसून की तैयारियों को लेकर राज्य के समस्त जनपदों के जिलाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कान्फ्रेसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक की गई।
बैठक में  मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी जनपद सम्भावित आपदा से पूर्व ही पूर्ण रूप से तैयार रहें तथा संसाधनों को मजबूत बनाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जो कार्य/निर्णय जनपद स्तर से लिए जा सकते हैं उनकी अनावश्यक पत्राचार न करते हुए अपने स्तर से ही संबंधित विभागों से समन्वय करते हुए कार्यवाही करेें। प्रकिया को सरलीकरण करते हुए समाधान और निस्तारण करें। उन्होंने आपदा के दृष्टिगत संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों को चिन्हित करते हुए जिन क्षेत्रों में आपदा आती है ऐसे क्षेत्रों में एसडीआरएफ तैनात करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही स्थानीय भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को प्रशिक्षण देते हुए आपदा कार्य में सहयोग लेने तथा पीआरडी को भी इस कार्य में लगाया जाए। उन्होंने सड़क दुर्घटना में मृत्यु होने की दशा में मुआवजा 01 लाख से बढाकर 02 लाख करने के निर्देश दिए। कहा कि वर्तमान में यात्रा सीजन गतिमान है इसको दृष्टिगत रखते हुए मौसम विभाग द्वारा जारी किए जा रहे पूर्वानुमान के अनुसार यात्रा की व्यवस्था बनाए ताकि किसी प्रकार की संभावित दुर्घटना को टाला जा सके, जिससे किसी प्रकार की जानमाल की क्षति न हो। आपदा प्रंबंधन मद में दिए जा रहे धनराशि का संपूर्ण उपयोग करने के निर्देश दिए साथ ही कहा कि अगली बैठक में जनपदों को दी जा रही धनराशि के उपयोग समीक्षा की जाएगी।
वीडियो कान्फ्रेसिंग में जिलाधिकारी ने आपदा के दृष्टिगत जनपद की तैयारियों से मा0 मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराते हुए बाढ़ क्षेत्र गौहरीमाफी में बाढ़ सुरक्षा कार्यों के दृष्टिगत तथा आपदा के दृष्टिगत संवेदनशील क्षेत्र गिलोगी क्रोनिक स्लिप जोन के उपचार हेतु बजट की मांग की गई। वीडियो कान्फ्रेसिंग के पश्चात जिलाधिकारी डाॅ0 आर राजेश कुमार ने एनआईसी सभागार में संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि मा0 मुख्यमंत्री जी द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों का परिपालन करें तथा आपदा संभावित चिन्हित जोन पर जेसीबी तैनात रखें। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि जनपद में बिन्दाल, रिस्पना व सौंग नदी किनारे निवास कर रहे लोगों को चिन्हित कर सुरक्षा उनकी दृष्टिगत उनको अन्यंत्र सार्वजनिक स्थान पर स्थानानतरण करने की वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था बनाए रखेगें। जिलाधिकारी ने सिंचाई विभाग एवं नगर निगम के अधिकारियों को रात्रि में मन्नुगंज में नाले किनारे क्षतिग्रस्त पुस्ते का मौका मुआवना करते हुए कार्य योजना बनाकर तत्काल कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने खाद्य विभाग को मानसून सीजन के दृष्टिगत दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में तीन माह का खाद्यान भेजे जाने की स्थिति तथा सिंचाई विभाग को बाढ़ग्रस्त क्षेत्रों में सुरक्षा दीवार व नदियों की सफाई, नगर निगम को नाली एवं बड़े नालों की सफाई तथा गिरासू भवन चिन्हित करते हुए आवश्यक कार्यवाही करने, वन विभाग को सड़क किनारे पेड़ों की लोपिंग तथा जर्जर पेेड़ों को हटाने के निर्देश दिए।
इस दौरान एनआईसी सभागार में डीआईजी/वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक जन्मजेय खण्डूरी, मुख्य नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम मनुज गोयल, एसडीएम सदर मनीष कुमार, पुलिस अधीक्षक ग्रामीण कमलेश उपाध्याय, मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाॅ0 मनोज उप्रेती, जिला आपदा प्रबंधन अधिकारी दीपशिखा रावत सहित सिंचाई, नगर निगम, लोनिवि, विद्युत, जल संस्थान, पेयजल, वन, खाद्य विभाग के अधिकारियों/कार्मिकों सहित संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी एवं कार्मिक उपस्थित रहे।
